The phone has many teething problems. Most important, the incoming calls did not ring! So I missed many calls..I only found out from the'missed calls' section. A friend in IT figured out that one switch, which should have been 'enabled' in the factory settings, was 'disabled'.
I had paid for a Data transfer service, but found that some of my data was not transferred. I took the phone to the shop, there are some young school leavers, who had poor manners and an'attitude' problem. Dismissive! Not a service with a smile, just stare at you with look "what an idiot, don't know this simple thing?" One told me that there is a problem with my service provider, I should go back home and talk to them! I told him that there was never the problem until I had the data transferred. He wouldn't listen, but then his manager intervened and sorted the problem!
A very small connector was sold to me for£10.00. (I later found out that the same was sold at a phone shop in town for£4.99). Rip off!

Shop staff couldnt locate the item at first as it was still in backroom but resolved quite quickly.
