Currys - Banbury Anmeldelser 

I bought a laptop recently from Currys at Banbury. Customer service was amazing and the young man Joseph who dealt with it was incredible and went above and beyond to sort everything out for me including everything needed to go with the laptop.He is a credit to the Company.

Delivery service was very prompt and quick as well.

We were approached by Joseph who explained that the automatic lift door was tricky (ie, not automatic), and how to use it... in fact he walked up the stairs to open the door for us.

We made our choice of a fridge freezer and requested that Joseph processed our order so that it counted toward his targets. His efficiency, politeness and overall customer service approach is to be applauded, and was mentioned to the store manager at the time.

This was in total contrast to another recent visit to this store, which was mentioned to the same store manager at that time too!

Should also mention that the delivery drivers provided a great service with politeness too.

Such a pleasure to speak to an actual person in the UK when I begain a sales call, even at 7.30pm at night and the delivery drivers happily took my washing machine up and internal flight of stairs and removed my broken one..

The staff were very knowledgable, helpful and patient. I was able to compare in person two laptops I was trying to decide between. Being able to handle and compare them for weight and size and the size of fonts on the screen, enabled me to decide between two similar laptops and know that I’d made to right purchase for me. Thank you staff.

The Service from the staff that severed me from Start to finish was great I forgot the names of the two lads one had glasses give they both need a raise they helped me buy my DJI osmo pocket 4p

From the start of the phone call to the next day delivery, can't fault the excellent service

I did an online click and collect and also purchased an item from store, quick and efficient, friendly service

From when we walked into the store to the day our cooker was delivered the whole transaction went smoothly. The staff in store were brilliant and the delivery guys were so friendly and accommodating. Very happy

Staff at our Currys in Banbury are fantastic.
We have had lots of positive experiences there inc out last mobile phone contract to the point we would never go anywhere else.
This has to be one of the friendliest stores in the country!

It was the 1st time we have been to
Your store and found staff availability. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful and we bought a computer which we fully understood before we left the store.

dreadful customer service. We bought an integrated dishwasher that went wrong from day 1. The engineer wrote it off and I thought it would be a simple case of obtaining a replacement, including having it installed. However Currys refused intially to offer an exchange, then refused to re-install it. They said we should pay for the installation which would have meant that we would have been over £100 out of pocket for a faulty machine that they supplied. The call handlers were obstructive, the local store simply wouldn't discuss anything with us unless we physically went in (we lived over 100 miles from the store), & failed to return our calls. Even when we finally got through to the customer complaints team it was an uphill struggle to get them to agree to install a new machine or offer any compensation for the hours spent on the phone trying to sort this out. The final insult was their offer of a £50 Currys voucher as compensation. Truly dreadful service and I'm not sure how they are still in business. Whatever their prices I'd suggest paying more and going elsewhere or accepting that if you have a problem, you won't get any assistance from Currys.
