Had problems with a washing…
Had problems with a washing machine,sent my mum in store as ringing customer services is shocking ,so mum went in place buy it from had a rant got um replace ,don’t argue 82 yr old woman ,sorted fast ,happy days in end ..always buy appliances in store as doing it online would be knightmare getting replaced or dealing with the waiting phone call

Easy to order
Easy to order, good selection of goods at different price ranges.
The young men who delivered the fridge freezer were wonderful, very polite and did a great job.

Buying new vacumm cleaner
Buying new vacumm cleaner, assistant was very helpful, very pleasant and friendly. They did not have the vacumm cleaner I wanted in stock but the assistant arranged free delivery for the next day. My vacumm came as promised the next day and delivery was very good, once again the delivery man was very pleasant and friendly.

Here we are again 2nd visit from…
Here we are again 2nd visit from engineer has yet again been cancelled today Saturday 19th rang at 1.20pm no explanation given and now given yet a third appointment for Monday 21st September.We have payed a lot of money to currys for a new TV brackets to have it fixed on the wall installation fees, and the after sales service has been absolutely appauling and unprofessional.We now hope and pray we finally get what we payed for on Monday or the whole package will be returned to Currys Ashton for a full refund.The most frustrating part is not being able to speak to a person having to deal remotely with foreign call centres but as we know this is how things are run unfortunately,some helpful some not!Roll on Monday let's hope we get a result.

The shop assistant was very helpful
The shop assistant was very helpful, and polite. Straight away he told us when it would be delivered, that we would get a text message, he advised us on the extra warranty and what it covered. He went through everything with us, would hopefully see him again if we needed any other appliance.

Great experience @ Ashton-u-Lyne
Great experience the guys that served me were very professional, patient and understanding.
I had a love to shop card which had to be converted into a Curry's gift card the guys knew what they were doing and it was done.
The kettle and toaster were not in stock in store but were as promised sent the following day with free delivery.. and we bought 2 echo dots in store all paid for on my love to shop card the staff that dealt with me could not have been nicer or professional.

10/10 Top Service
When trying to order online with a voucher, I had some difficulty. I visited my local Curys at Snipe. The staff were amazing, it took a little bit of time. They were all very professional and very helpful. Then the day before arrival I was allocated a 3 and a half hour time slot which was very helpful to.plan my day. On the day of arrival the guys were prompt and curteous. My old appliance removed, packaging removed from the new appliance outside my house and the new appliance fitted and tested all within 20 minutes. All in all an excellant job from beginning to end. Thank you
