Currie motors have been brilliant, when my van broke down they were very helpful and accommodating. They had the right van at short notice for me to carry on working, I have since hired cars from them to take trips to see my family. The vehicles are well maintained and always immaculately cleaned and the staff are polite and really helpful 👍

I am really happy with my experience at Toyota Isleworth service centre. The customer service delivered by Mariam was exceptional and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The delivery of service is very efficient and everything was explained thoroughly to me. In particularly, Mariam went above and beyond to address all my concerns, to keep me regularly updated and to give me all the information I needed. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process which made me feel at ease and I will definitely be coming back again next time as I felt rest assured that I and my car were in good hands. I have just had my Toyota Yaris serviced at this Toyota Isleworth repair centre for an engine management light (EML) warning that lights up intermittently. The diagnostic isolated the fault but also the mechanic identified several other serious failures which I am grateful for. All necessary parts were ordered and replaced the faulty ones. I am confident my car received top quality service as this has been my second visit to the repair centre in the past two years. First, in 2024, a long standing recall to replace an air bag.
The Toyota Isleworth centre is renowned for the friendly welcome of its customers and quality service provided by their staff such as Coral Hartnell and Mariam Hajaja-Serroukh, Service Advisor. Both Coral and Mariam provided excellent updates while the car repair was progressing. Clearly the staff are customer focused they notified me from the moment my car was allocated to the workshop.
I am very happy to highly recommend Currie Motors Toyota Isleworth Centre as you receive care and attention and confidence your car issues would be sorted.

The team are always very professional, polite and helpful. A shout out to Mariam for her help and smiley face at my service in Isleworth. ‘Nice people to do business with’ indeed!

A shout out to Aston at Currie Motors in Kingston. I thought I'd damaged my wing mirror and popped in to Currie Motors to have it checked and to book in a repair.
Aston came to check the "damage" and promptly simply clipped the housing back in to place.
All done with a smile and a friendly word.

Excellent customer service from all the team at Currie Motors Isleworth particularly Christopher who showed me to my serviced car with care and respect. I was thrilled as my car looked brand new.

I would NOT recommend Curries Lexus Twickenham.

I had my Lexus in with Curries in Twickenham to check electrical issues around the hybrid system.
Initial report stated that it was due to water getting into the sealed hybrid system.
It was advised that additional work be carried out to find out where the water was getting into the system.
After additional work, it was reported that there was some corrosion in the battery casing and this is why the water was getting in. It was stated at the bottom of this second report that a new hybrid “may be required “in future.

After spending £1,200 the issue remains the same, and there has been no benefit in spending this money.
In my view, Curries did not make me aware that the additional spend was unlikely to be successful. So after just a few weeks the issue returned. So with hindsight the probability of success was less than 10%.
If I had been made aware that the probability was this low, or even 50/50 chance of it working, I would not have spent the additional money. Either Curries did not understand this themselves or if they did, they failed to make me aware of the low probability of success.
It was only after a third visit to Curries that they stated the car needed a new hybrid system.

So communication is not their strong point, which is my experience also in trying to phone this company to arrange bookings, as around 90% of calls were unanswered or just went to voice mail.

I do not view the actions or the service that I have received from Curries as professional, and it has tarnished my view of Lexus brand as a result. So avoid Curries in my view.

Currie Motors van hire, Ware site.
Excellent service, used before.
John at the booking office centre very good and managed to find me a Van at Ware on very short notice, less than a day. Great customer service.
Van was very clean and very easy to drive.
I did around 150 miles mixed driving in it, delivering furniture to family and found it easy to load and a joy to drive.
Lynn at Ware office very friendly and helpful.
She completed the booking with no fuss. Showed me over the vehicle and took me through the basics to set my mind at ease as I don’t usually drive vans.
Would highly recommend Currie Van Hire for a fuss free local and convenient service.

Excellent service from Mariam & Christopher at Reception. After the servicing, Glenn spent time removing creosote spots from paintwork but did not charge and declined a tip. After leaving, a plastic plate fell off from under dashboard into front nearside footwell, so that I had to return to Curries, but Kevin refitted the plate (the pollen filter cover) immediately and explained what had caused the problem. Bogdan (carpark) was most helpful and courteous on both visits.

Very pleased with the service we received at Currie Motors Isleworth. Emily Butler went above and beyond to get our car repaired in double quick time. Always popping into the waiting area to keep us updated. We left very satisfied. Keep up the great work Emily.
