Got my Cue after about 6 weeks, looks lovely and feels lovely.. can’t wait to get down the snooker club and give it a go.. thank you CueCraft

The cue tips were good quality & a good price. They arrived well packaged & quickly.

Lovely peace of wood, made perfectly to my spec. I know this cue will last a lifetime. Thank you very much, the only negative I can possibly add it that the foam doesn't fit in the case to well there is about a 1cm gap at one end. This don't affect the carrying of the cue at all and is fill by my cue rag anyway so doesn't bother me in the slightest.

I ordered a cue from cue craft because they offered the service of completely customising your cue. Being taller i have always found the standard cues on the smaller side so i was after a longer than standard cue. I am made up with my new cue, the finish is excellent. Feels and looks like a really high quality cue but at a fraction of the price. Delivery did take slightly longer than originally stated but with Christmas looming i can imagine they are very busy. Plus it was worth the wait. Would highly recommend cue craft if your after a customised cue

I bought my cue 7 years ago and the badge have come off the butt section, I emailed cuecraft and they sent me out a new badge free of charge, with excellent customer service like that and also selling excellent cues, you can see why they are such a great business

As for the cue itself, I've had it 7 years and it still looks as good as the day I bought it (I clean it regularly) I would highly recommend these cues to anyone looking to buy an excellent cue

I required a low cost pool cue for my wife and I to play at our local clubs. As a keen snooker player I had seen this company on Barry Stark's YouTube site so decided to give them a go.
Well, I have to say I'm amazed at the quality of the cue. Hand made to my specification the cue is excellently finished with the grain perfectly aligned at the joint, and it plays beautifully. It far exceeds my expectations, so much so, I am now considering ordering a high spec Snooker Cue from them having recently damaged mine.
I should add it was made and delivered well within the expected timeframe.

So the order came in 6 weeks like it stated which was really nice, and the cue itself is lovely to play with,
However after the first 4 shots the tip came off, ive played with 8mm cues before and this is a first 4 me, especially since i didnt hit it that hard
All i can suggest is maybe change the glue youre using

Delivered on time BUT.
Cue arrived safe and sound but little disappointed that there are a couple of rough-bumpy spots along shaft of cue. fortunately not where bridging occours.

Cue case nice but locks feel a little flimsy time will tell about durability.

At £300 + I did expect higher quality control

Great cues from here, have bought my last 3 cues from cue craft and never had a problem with them,
