Wonderful service. Unfortunatey they were unable to provide the earrings I'd ordered but they called me the first working day and offered 2 very similar alternatives. I then received the alternative in the post very quickly. I really appreciated the personal approach of receiving a call and getting an alternative rather than an email and a refund. Very impressed, will happily use them again.
