This Company is a Joke! A baby would have cleaned my car better. There was a sticky residue left all over the interior. They barely did anything. Paid for full valet. Avoid this company

Very happy with mini valet experience in Tralee. Will absolutely use this service again!

Very unwelcoming experience! Husband stepped in vomit right outside the valet. They wouldn't help him clean it even with the readily available water !

I dropped my car in to be cleaned at the Dawson Street branch this morning. When I came back to collect my car, the heel of my shoe became wedged in the mats around the area & I fell, injuring myself badly. The crystal valet employee just stood beside me, making no attempt to help me up or even ask if I was ok. He then proceeded to charge me €80 for what turned out to be a very poorly cleaned car. When I pointed out that there needed to be a safe pathway to walk in the mats to your car, he couldn't have been less interested. Also refused to give his name or who to contact in Crystal Valet. Appalling service.

No receipt provided for service. No card payment accepted. Its a joke nobody knows how to write a receipt. Was promised to be emailed. They just ghosted me.
Not recommended. Not coming back

Paid online for a full valet, price on the site was advertised as €140, they charged me €150.
When I arrived to the Galway site, they had no knowledge of my booking, I have requested a refund, but they ghost me. They are thieves and I will be reporting this shambles of a company.

left my car in T2 carpark. Embarrassingly my car was in an atrocious state. When I returned from the weekend my car was like new, every part from alloys to seats immaculate!! Not only that, there was a Tag watch which my mother had presumed lost in a hospital placed on the passenger seat. Mohammed found it jammed under the seat. Hard working & Honest! will definitely use again!!

Crystal Valet in Tesco carpark is absolutely incredible. I met Mohammed and on spec enquired about a wash/mini valet. He was able to take my car, I opted for a mini valet and off I went for a look around tesco. When I returned I couldn't believe it was my car! It looked better than brand new outside AND inside. Thank you so much Mohammed. I understand he has taken on the franchise so any previous poor review doesn't reflect the quality of this service. I shall absolutely 💯 recommend and use this service again.

RIP off merchants, completely incompetent. Burnt my car with a heat gun and destroyed paint work. Told me to get it fixed and they would reimburse me. Not answering my emails and every time I go to garage they say they know nothing as “the office is dealing with it” no phone number for this office. Do not Trust this Company!!!! I want compensation for the stress and running around I have to do to chase refund. This is the garage at Dublin Airport

Had a great experience at the Corrib Centre location in Galway city. My car was cleaned like I had never seen and the staff were truly professional and courteous - especially Pat. Would highly recommend

I ran a Crystal Valet franchise for a few months and it was one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. These people are a nightmare to work with. They never return money from online bookings on time, they rob you with nearly €200 a month in so-called “marketing fees” that have zero justification, and the rent is extortionate.

They even take money for a contract but never bother to give you one — I waited over six months and still nothing. And when you finally decide you’ve had enough and want to sell, they magically invent “outstanding payments” to avoid paying you what you’re owed. Don’t expect to ever see your deposit again either — once they’ve got it, it’s gone.

Crystal Valet are dishonest, unprofessional, and exploitative. If you’re considering a franchise with them, save yourself the stress and money — walk away.

Went to the Crystal Valet at Tallaght Cross.

Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the €140 full valet I booked for my 2015 Renault Captur on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. The car was with them for a full day (09:00 to 18:00), yet the results felt underwhelming.

A couple of things stood out such as some stains on the seats were still visible, and there was minor dust left on the dashboard and radio.

Leaves remained in the gap between the windscreen and bonnet, something a quick vacuum should have taken care of. There was also some bird "mess" that remained on the back just below the back window.

It felt like the interior was vacuumed and given a single pass with a carpet cleaner rather than a proper deep clean. I just didn't feel the workers put in the effort that a €140 service should deliver. If certain stains couldn't be removed, I would have appreciated being told that up front or when I picked up the car.

By contrast, my sister had her car done on Monday, 9 September, and that was spotless with no issues. It looked incredible.

Overall, the finish on mine didn't feel like €140's worth of work. More like €90 in my opinion. Actually quite disappointed.

Not only that, I had to pay €5 to exit the car park.

Booked in, in tallaght cross west, paid €99 online, when I got to there, I was told I would have to pay an extra €20 for the seats as they were so bad…
Grand paid that, when back the next day to collect my car, key was just handed back to me, and he walked off.
When I looked at the car was still dirt on the roof, and around the boot frame, and what annoyed me the most is the paint was chipped at my boot bumper, and no one even bothered to acknowledge it

Car smelt damp after, my NCT cert went ‘missing’ , they interfered with my tax and insurance cert and the manager was very unhelpful. Avoid.

Absolutely worse service I experienced. Got a voucher from my daughter for full valet interior. for 99 euros they just hoovered the car and spray cleaned. No washing or steam of seats as advertised. When contacted them they said if I pay 140 euros the stains will be gone. No need to book just come back here. This 140 service is the same as the one I got plus outside cleaning!!!! And they sent this to me via whatsapp!!!! Does it sound like a scam to you? Basically give as another 140 euros for the service you paid already... Sent a complaint email no answer. WIll bring them to the small claims court and also thinking to report them to the Garda fraud unit. If you need your car cleaned go to Crystal Details in the main shopping centre , went to them twice fantastic no comparison with these people. There is a reason why they have 5 stars. These ones should have -1.

Extremely Disappointed with Full Valet Service at St. Stephen’s Green

I booked a full valet at your St. Stephen’s Green location, and what I got was a complete joke. The car was poorly cleaned — wheels still dirty, rear doors clearly not 100% cleaned, and the center console full of greasy fingerprints.

I made a complaint in person, and the “explanation” I got was that weekends are too busy. Seriously? If you’re too busy to deliver what you advertise, then either hire more staff or remove the service from your menu.

My car didn’t get the service I paid for, and I’m definitely not coming back.

I was very very disappointed my 80 euro car vallet took 1 hour and not the advertised 3, I could have honestly done a better job myself, in 2 to 3 hours, that's exactly what I'll be doing the next time.

I paid for a full interior valet and while gone away on holidays and was extremely disappointed to the way my car was left. There was parts of the car listed in the full interior valet not done at all eg. Roof liner and seat cleaning. All surfaces of the car was left in a greasy residue (including the steering wheel which was highly dangerous as it kept slipping in my hands). Fuel cap on my car was left open in the car park when I came back. Overall a very careless job and no attention to detail. Highly unprofessional job would not recommend to anybody.

Got a full Valet in T2 dublin airport, was very disappointed. There was green algae left around both mirrors of cars and under the seats weren't clean. Sent photos but didn't get any response.
