Chad Thomas made the experience better for me. Although Crystal travel advertised a much lower price then upon putting in my credit card number, the price increased by almost $150 more. Chad called to assist as one of the bookings created a problem and it was solved in the end.

Stanley was very helpful and spoke very clearly about the issue I was having with my booking. He sorted out my problem and also honored the original price of my booking even after price adjustments made by the airline. That made a great experience for me and my parents as we booked our tickets to Japan.
