Disappointing, overpriced purchase.
Very disappointed in the quality of this product, unicorn baubles. I had purchased these for a gift and feel almost embarrassed to give them. The white one has one ear detached and the eyelashes on one eye are peeling off and the silver one is badly scratched and has a very visible seam on the plastic bauble. The product certainly does not match the pictures on the Instagram posts. Photos available if required.

I’m really sorry your order didn't meet your expectations, and I'm especially sorry to hear the items arrived damaged. I handcraft each piece with care, but sometimes things can go wrong. I wish you'd reached out to me directly so I could've fixed the issue. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an order under your name. Could you please email me at rebeccaksr@icloud.com with your order number so I can look into it? I'd love to make it right. Kind regards, Rebecca
