Keine deutschen Untertitel für andere Sprachen in Deutscher Synchron. Dies macht zb. Die 2. Staffel von mushoku tensei oder Alya Sometimes hides her feelings in Russia unmöglich zu schauen. Woanders gibt es aber genau diese Serien mit deutscher Synchro und den Untertiteln der anderen Sprachen. Bin sehr enttäuscht von so viel Faulheit.

Gute Auswahl,leider sind aber nur wenige Serien auf Deutsch übersetzt, da würde kch mir etwas mehr wünschen. Und ein großer nerviger Punkt ist das man angefange Serien nicht entfernen kann also falls einen die Serie nicht gefällt hat man diese ewig im "weiterschauen" kategorie 😫 hoffe das wird noch ergänzt es nervt total

Censura y catálogos incompletos, es una basura. Vean el anime en páginas piratas, es gratis. Luffy estaría orgulloso, libertad 🗽

the ios app is not optimised at all, streaming and downloading with a 100mb speed is very slow, plus when i tried to speak with the chat support all i got was one AI chat bot after another with human name. they don’t have any human chat support agents and was getting the generic answers again and agin for the problem. honestly, not worth it. pirated websites are alot optimised then this crap. will never recommend to anyone i know

Crunchyroll is one of the most frustrating anime streaming platforms I’ve used. Many shows are missing English dubs, even when other languages like French or German are available, and sometimes only parts of a series are dubbed.

The platform also has incomplete shows, with only one season available while the rest are missing. Episodes can be delayed or not released on time, often without any explanation.

Subtitles are unreliable, sometimes missing or in the wrong language, and the app itself has issues like buffering, crashes, and audio problems. On top of that, region locking means content varies depending on where you live.

Overall, Crunchyroll feels inconsistent and unreliable, making it hard to recommend despite being such a major anime platform.

I had a special deal around Christmas offered for my yearly subscription. I paid for it. I noticed now they stopped the yearly membership. An agent said it was refunded to me. Then the agent said they will update my account to membership for the year. The next agent said they will just have it refunded. So Yeah, they don't introduce themselves, they don't ask a moment while they review. I have to say hello so many times in chat. And they say please wait.

I contacted customer support because of a payment issue with my subscription. Instead of helping me solve it properly, I was told to cancel my current subscription and reactivate it. I followed those instructions exactly, but the issue was still not resolved.

As a result, I lost my original subscription price and was then asked to subscribe again at a much higher price.

Now I am being told that nothing can be done to restore my previous rate, even though the cancellation happened only because of the instructions given by customer service.

This is unfair and honestly very disappointing for a loyal customer. A company should take responsibility when wrong guidance is given, instead of making the customer pay the consequences.

What makes it even worse is that there was no real technical solution offered. I tried to update my payment method several times, but the system kept showing errors. Instead of resolving the actual problem, I was simply asked to cancel and start over, which ultimately caused me to lose the conditions I originally had.

After years of being a customer, this is not the level of service I expected. When customer support gives incorrect instructions and then says nothing can be done, it leaves a very negative impression.

They dare use very poor AI generated subtitles, refused to refund me for the wasted time, and support responds with AI agents as well. Truly pathetic.

Quizás a qué genio imbécil se le ocurrió poner temporadas y ovas por separado cuando la mayoría de los ovas van entre temporadas lo único que hacen que el orden cronológico desaparezca, además cada vez que veo 1 capítulo recién salido y lo termino dice siguiente capítulo cuando es un ova antiguo..a quien se le ocurrió hacer ese orden en los anime es un completo imbécil

So I just upgraded my subscription to mega fan. First I saw the prices in different currency on the website then when I closed the deal they changed the currency to EUR which was more expensive than what I calculated with using the other currency. And on top of that they now charged me with 2 euros more for the monthly fee🤡

Nutze Crunchyroll jetzt schon seit fast 4 Jahren mit Abo, aber jetzt bin ich an einem Punkt wo ich es einfach nur noch auslaufen lasse und das wars dann.
Es gab schon immer hier und da Probleme mit einzelnen Folgen (Untertitel verschoben, keine eigentlich vorhandenen Syncros, zu späte Uploads ohne Erklärungen etc.), phasenweise war das nahezu nicht aushaltbar, aber ich habe das Abo dennoch behalten, weil ich dachte, dass würde die legale Industrie unterstüzen und mittelfristig zur Vermeidung solcher Fehler führen.
Dann, vor 2 Jahren wurde uns die Kommentarfunktion einfach so genommen, mit einer wie ich finde, ziemlich schwachen Begründung.
Jetzt wird seit knapp 1 bis 2 Monaten von einer Abopreiserhöhung gesprochen (von 7 auf 9 Euro bei dem "schlechtesten" Abo).
Und während ich jedes mal bei öffnen der Seite bestätigen soll, dass ich mit der Preiserhöhung einverstanden bin (ich lasse wie gesagt das Abo auslaufen), stoße ich auf eine super gute Serie (Release that Witch) mit 4,9 bewertung nach 4 Folgen und muss bei Folge 5 feststellen, dass der Untertitel so dermaßen verschoben ist, dann man die Folge nicht schauen kann. Folge 5 kam vor einem Tag raus und es wurde seitdem nichts verändert (stand jetzt bewertet mit 2,8k likes zu 7,5k dislikes) und ich stelle mir die Frage, wofür ich diese 2 Euro mehr im Monat eigentlich bezahlen würde, wenn des der Support nichtmal hinbekommt, bei einem sehr gefraten Anime die Untertitel etwas anzupassen und das nach über einem Tag negativem Feedback dazu.

Also ganz ehrlich, wenn ihr euch ein Abo zulegen wollt, dann rate ich euch davon ab. Es gibt viele bessere und gleichzeitig weitaus günstigere Möglichkeiten gute Anime zu schauen.

Para uma plataforma que é paga não se justifica que em muitos episódios as legendas não estejam sincronizadas é não tem mais opção de legendas ou de áudio. Pago uma subscrição mas não consigo ver os episódios visto que já são 7 episódios seguidos em que as legendas não estão sincronizadas.

B list shows get F treatment. Sometimes shows are posted but are hidden unless you go to the shows page. The episode than shows up in the newly added the next day maybe. Shows routinely do not have summaries or episode name and sometimes they have the wrong thumbnail. Today I went to watch Release That Witch episode five a day after it released. They subtitles are horribly paced with the show. Leaving whole segments where there are characters talking and no subtitles on screen. Let me be clear I those working on the shows are doing there best but I doubt they have the numbers or the time to do things right. Feels like the quality has been going down ever since Sony acquired them.

Die Lokalisierung ist in meinen Augen absolut das LETZTE! Bei "Release that Which" waren in der aktuellen Folge die Untertitel versetzt (nicht schaubar) - bei "A gentle nobles vacation" gab es nur spanische Untertitel (nicht schaubar) - und bei an "Adventurer's daily Grind" gab es gar keine Untertitel. Das ist in meinen Augen Unfähigkeit - drei Mal nicht übersetzt! Ich bin selbst aus der Branche - nehmt DeepL, stellt einen Korrekturleser ein, und ihr habt tausende Euro gespart und habet alles pünktlich veröffentlicht!

Für jemanden, der mit animierten Serien viel anfagen kann, defacto alternativlos und auch vom Angebot her gut.

Zu bemängeln ist leider die Technik. Wenn in 2026 eine Serie auf einmal nicht mehr lädt und man raus-reingehen muss damit es wieder funzt, das geht nicht. Dann sind zB Untertitel teils nicht synchron mit dem Bild.

Also zumindest solche Dinge müssen schon funktionieren. Dass man nicht alles zeitnah übersetzen, untertiteln kann, alles gut, aber technisch gibt es da deutlich Verbesserungspotenzial.

Trotzdem würde ich das jederzeit eher, als Netflix,Prime oder sonst was buchen.

I’ve been dealing with Crunchyroll support for **3 months** and it’s honestly a complete joke.

Every single time I contact them, I get the same copy-paste response:
“Ok, we will reach you via email.”
And then what? **Absolutely nothing.** No follow-up, no fix, no communication. Just silence.

Meanwhile, I **can’t log in on ANY of my devices**, so I’m basically paying for a service I can’t even use. And instead of actually helping, they just keep giving empty promises and disappearing.

This is beyond bad customer service — it’s straight-up neglect.
Fix your system or stop taking people’s money if you can’t support your own platform.

Seriously, what kind of service is this?
Don't buy any subscription, just watch anime from free websites. They are hungry for money, they took your money and disappeared. Greedy people

So I was watching hunter x hunter with my brother,whi hasnt watched it before. And it was amazing, until we find out crunchyroll had removed it without even showing they would. If they were transparent and told people we might have been able to binge the series last couple of episodes. They should give warnings like netflix do, especially when its long series its removing
