We collected the vessel from one dock, and upon our return, it had been relocated to an entirely different dock. Our vehicle was waiting for us directly outside. We did not need to be concerned about how we would retrieve it. The service was highly professional.

Stay well away total cowboys our vehicle and 11 others were damaged they did not accept any of the damage they brushed it off and said it’s down to us to sort the carpark isn’t safe it’s a run down old car dealership. STAY AWAY !!!!! They left us stranded for 2 hours with no explanation

I’m now left out of pocket from paying for parking and coming back to a shattered back window on my vehicle .
They won’t pay for it or even refund the money for parking
The manager was a joke. He was rude and unprofessional completely obnoxious
Taken money I needed to feed my child to pay for their damages and left us to drive back with no window with a young child.
I have took this matter further and I will not rest till I have closure.
Fraud and rouge company need shutting down!!! The car park is not secure it’s an old car dealership with crap fencing anybody could walk in . Don’t make the same mistake we have please stay away

Car ( plus six others) damaged on site. CAP deny liability stating their insurance does not cover. Appalling customer service . Seeking legal advice.

Great service. We were slightly delayed on our journey as the traffic lights we needed to go through on leaving the hotel were stuck on red for 15 mins. Azure rang to check where we were. Simple hand over of key, they even helped get our suitcases out of car.
On our return car was waiting with smooth handover.
Very impressed and will definitely use again. Thank you.

This is the first time that we have used Cruise Azure Parking. Everything was very easy and they kept us up to date on all matters. I would definitely use them again and totally recommend to all.

Really easy to use , great communication

An easy process from booking to parking. Walk across the road from the short term car park to the ship and car waiting when you return. Their flag is not always visible from the road but Marshalls by the ship will direct you in f any problem.

Absolutely excellent service from the first day when we arrived at Southampton Cruise Terminal to our return day, 7 days later. Such fantastic friendly service.

We have used Cruise Azure Parking for three cruises now, and have had excellent service each time. The meet & greet is quick and seamless, and we always feel assured that our car is in safe hands whilst we are on holiday. A quick phonecall once back in Southampton and our car was always there waiting to collect. Really efficient and friendly service every time and we would highly recommend Cruise Azure for your next trip!

Great service. Cruise Azure Parking were communicative and attentive throughout, sending texts, telephoning and ensuring we were kept up-to-date at all times. They were exactly where they said they would be to drop off the car and they delivered it back to the same spot in good time for our disembarkation.. will definitely use them next time

Great service they were in the short stay car park opposite arrivals, sorted us a case trolley and car was there waiting when we disembarked would def use again.

Very easy to use. Attendant was waiting for us. He inspected and photographed the car while we took our bags out. On our return our car was ready for immediate collection and in the same condition as when we left it. I was extremely nervous about using the service but it was brilliant. Thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Third time we have used Cruise Azure parking. Excellent as before. Dropped cases and partner. Round to car park and then short walk to terminal.

All worked really well - everyone friendly and helpful

First time valet parking so a bit nervous...- drove straight to the short term parking and dropped off the car to a very helpful agent who took a video of the car(as I did!) and explained what to do on return. Came off the ship and the car was waiting for us again in the short term car park. Super smooth process and all so close to the ship!. Will definately use again!

Great experience and so smooth! Dropped the car off before boarding and it was waiting when we got back! Would definitely use again. The staff were friendly and very helpful, it was our first time using them and they fitted us in very late notice due to another provider letting us down.

Avoid at all cost!! Police and Trading Standards are investigating.

We booked parking at Southampton Dock for 26/04/26 for a time between 11:00 and 12:00 for vehicle MH25 XXX

On the morning of our departure we had a family crisis and we were running late. We checked Azure Parking website which said if we were going to be late to make a call and let them know. We called the cruise line who said it would not be a problem to board an hour later than planned.

We received a number of missed calls and a voice message around about 10:45 saying we could now take our vehicle to the port.

I called the number and explained we would not be at the Port until 13:00-13:30.

I was told we had now lost our parking slot and that no one would be at the Port at this time.
I asked where they expected me to park as I had a cruise booked for the next two weeks, I was told this was now my problem.

I explained that we had read the Azure website and we were indeed going to call to let them know we were going to be late but hadn’t had chance.
I was told they would try to help and would call me back.

20 minutes later I received a call and the man told me they would allocate a person to remain at the car park to receive my vehicle, but I would need to pay £70 as this was classed as overtime.
The money would need to be paid in cash as there were no card machines at the port. I was told I would receive a receipt via my email address through the original booking.

We were told if we were any time after 13:30 then no one would be there and we would have to make other Parking arrangements. I drove from Birmingham exceeding speed limits under stress and we stopped at a cash out at a service station because we didn’t have enough cash.

We made it to the port at 13:40.
To my surprise there were three guys accepting vehicles a taking cash from at least another two individuals. I paid the one man the £70 cash and he took my keys and then we both took a video of my vehicle.
As I walked across the car park I had a conversation with one of the other passengers, he told me there had been traffic in the A3 and he was 25 minutes late for his scheduled slot, he received the same request for cash and paid £35.

Can I please have a formal response to this email by 13:00 14/05/26.
If I don’t receive a response then I shall consider my next course of action.
