Crown Pavilions Anmeldelser

Great product and excellent customer service during these difficult times.

We will spend many happy hours in our beautiful Gazebo.

PS. The pizza oven option is a must - best pizzas I have ever tasted!

Excellent experience in every way from initial enquiry through to delivery and erection. Very pleased with the final product too.

Crown Pavilions communication throughout the complete process has been excellent.
The product is very well made and every bit as good the brochure pictures.
Our pavilion arrived on the agreed date and the men who came to complete the build were polite, friendly and very well experienced. There were no problems with the build and when they left there was nothing to show that they had been except a very smart well cleaned pavilion standing proudly in the garden.
With out hesitation I would recommend Crown Pavilions to any body.

Thank you Crown, money well spent and an enjoyable experience through out.

We`ve just had a Crown Windsor installed. It took the unbelievably hard working Guys just one day to install. It looks stunning , the comfort internally is amazing and the quality is just fantastic.
From start to finish Crown Pavillions have been outstanding in customer care and build. I would recommend the product and company to anyone who is looking for a special centrepiece in their garden.

Very pleased with the product. Service was excellent and delivered early so that we were able to enjoy our garden even more during coronavirus “lockdown”.

Found the whole experience of purchasing from Crown Pavilions a pleasure. Can honestly say that the pavilion we selected is one of the very few, if not the only thing, we have bought in quite a few years that is absolutely perfect! No sub-standard workmanship here!

Very helpful salesman at our local outlet, excellent office team who kept in touch with us throughout the process and the installations guys were just superb. One of the hottest days of the year and they worked professionally and tirelessly until the job was done.

Thank you Crown for your service and your excellent product - we love it!

A pleasure to deal with such a great company from first viewing to installation of our crown pavillion went without a hitch. So pleased and looking forward to spending many years enjoying it. Nothing negative to say hence the 5 stars.

excellent service, very professional and our Eden pavilion is fabulous. Quality second to none.

It was love at first sight when I saw the gazebo but I spent a long time looking at many other summer houses just to make sure this was the one!

The excitement in the household on the day when it arrived was ridiculous, we just couldn't wait to use it. The guys were great and because we were at the start of lockdown we had to watch progress from the house whilst it was going up. Once the roof went on - well - it was just stunning!

Since being in lockdown it has become my office was well as a place to relax, have our morning coffee, admire the garden, eat our dinner or read. We use it for meetings and quiz nights, whatever we want really. It's just an amazing extra room

The garden had been waiting for this stunning gazebo to lift it from pretty ordinary to pretty extraordinary.

We're very pleased with our Crown Tudor Gazebo. It was an impulse buy and the whole experience has been very rewarding. The quality of the product including materials (Redwood, cushions and window blinds), workmanship, installation and finished product was excellent. We chose to have the heater but I wish we had bought the glass table top too. We are already enjoying a luxury extension to our house that we can enjoy our garden from.

We love our Edward Pavilion, or “hut” as we call it. Really well made, quick and good installation service.

Lovely quality structure. Made with great craftsmanship. Kept in touch throughout and installation team very efficient and polite. Would highly recommend.

From the date of ordering Crown pavilion to the installation was completely faultless. Excellent job done by all very pleased customer

Superb customer service and a fantastic product.

Crown Pavilions have been very accommodating during our very wet winter, plus the pandemic and now we have a pavilion which is envied by our neighbours. We had a small issue with one of the side panels, however their customer service was excellent and sent us a replacement as soon as it was possible. There may be cheaper products on the market, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Beautifully engineered product with excellent customer service. The team that erected the Praviillion were amazing all done in one day.

We are delighted with the whole experience in the purchasing and installation of our Windsor gazebo. Excellent communication in the lead up to installation day and very good workmanship and tidiness on the day of construction. The quality of the gazebo seems to be first class and we can enjoy it with the peace of mind of a thirty year guarantee. Highly recommended

Very very pleased with our Ascot pavillion.
Decided to buy during lockdown so at least we had somewhere nice in the garden. The service from start to finish was excellent.
The fitters were quick and efficient and made an excellent job.
We have spent many ours in the pavilion already.
Cant rate this company highly enough.

Excellent service from the original order to the pavilion erected in our garden. Highly recommended
