Excellent product with excellent customer service

Excellent Product and Service delighted with our new Crown Ascot Pavilion.

Superb experience from start to finish. Clare was outstanding in her attention to detail and keeping us up to speed with all info .
Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
The two guys who came to assemble were superb.

Excellent service from the sales manager to the customer care team and the installers. We are thrilled with our gazebo, it is made from the highest quality materials and looks fantastic in our garden. We would certainly recommend this company and their products.

Excellent, professional people to deal with and fantastic product. Thank you!

We have been very pleased with the service from Crown Pavilions right from our initial enquiry to the completed installation.
All of the staff that we dealt with at the office were courteous and their product knowledge was good and the installation team were very efficient and quick.
We have no hesitation in recommending them.

A pleasure to do business with. Thank you to Grace Bowen and the team!!!
A beautiful pavilion installed perfectly and no problems from start to finish. Can’t wait to start spending some time in it now. Thank you Crown.

From the start to the finish this company was a pleasure to deal with. From the initial expression of interest with Carl; through the excellent office support from Grace; the help from the design team and finally the friendly, very hardworking construction team. And, of course, the Hampton Gazebo is perfect! A beautifully designed and constructed, quality addition to our property.
A huge thank you to a very professional team at Crown Pavilions

We adore our Pavilion. Great place to sit in with friends.
My children have even taken to using it in the summer for revising in it for exams.

Great service from Crown Pavilions from start to finish! Very pleased indeed with our fantastic Chelsea Pavilion and looking forward to using it for years to come.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Edward Pavilion and the craftsmanship is second to none. The entire team were incredibly professional and so friendly – from sales at Longacre, customer relations, the office staff, to the chaps who worked so efficiently to install the pavilion – and well done to the craftsmen behind the scenes. All a real pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the company. The quality is worth every single penny and we look forward to many years of enjoyment. Huge thanks to all at Crown Pavilions!

Great service from start to finish and a fantastic product.

Love the hut-only disappointment was the length of time to wait for delivery

This is truly the World’s Finest Garden Room provider! Crown provided an amazing end to end experience from design to final delivery! The entire team was highly professional and competent in their fields of expertise.

Very pleased.
Thoroughly Professional from start to finish.
Minor gripe would be a bit too zealous re final payment.

Workmen were very polite and professional and cleaned up afterwards. The whole team from the viewing of pavilion at garden centre and ordering to the payment were extremely friendly and helpful.
Recommended highly.

The service and quality from Crown Pavilion’s is exceptional. From start to finish the experience has been flawless. I bought my Elizabeth pavilion, without seeing the product (lockdown restrictions etc would not allow such travel), however I’ve been beyond delighted with the sales professionalism from Carl and the follow on customer service from Grace.
The product is amazing and I know as a family we have already and will get lots of use from our pavilion.
Thank you Crown Pavilion - it’s wonderful to experience old fashions customer service with a company who produces a fabulous product - a really diamond to find!
