Crown Currency Exchange Anmeldelser

2 Staff 2 different pricing. Refused to give the exchange rate they offered.Rude service Got better pricing and service from travel money oz. Werribee plaza both of them

I got some foreign currency from crown about 2 weeks ago and then on the same day got the same amount from Travel Money OZ and Travel Money OZ was $51.00 cheaper so I went back to Crown and they refunded me the difference.
Now today I did the same and Crowns rate was $ 20-25 more.

Do not use. One star is too much for Eastland Crown Currency. Poor service- had to wait for at least an hour with shop closed during advertised opening hours.
Bought Peruvian SOL and was given a terrible rate. 1.36 compared to 1.79 at Travel Money Oz Camberwell the next day. He refused to refund money or offer any compensation. I was also not given a receipt when I made the purchase.

Extremely bad rate. Go somewhere else and change your money.

Crown Currency at the Pines Elanora is my travel money go to. Kerrie is lovely and always friendly. She even remembered me when I took my unused euros back.
Thank you Kerrie
See you in a couple of months.

Very good customer service.

Christine and other staff are always welcoming with a smile on their face. They will help wherever they can with advice.

I use crown when i travel overseas , have always found the staff to be quick very friendly , and efficient. Do not see any reason to change.

Helpful, kind , polite and efficient , love the service they offer. Highly recommend .

Such good friendly service. Fast. Easy. They have lots of different currencies . Highly recommend.

I telephoned for a quote and the young lady who took the call had all the currency organized for me so all I had to do was pop in and pick it up, too easy

Supposed to have got a special rate when I purchased the currency only to find out it was way lower than others we met on our tour. Upon return I went back to cash in the left over currency and again was offered a terrible rate. I walked just 50 meters to a rival and straight away got a far better deal. I only dealt with a small amount of currency, so didn’t effect me too much but found overseas atm’s offer massively better deals.

Great friendly service. Very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to assist me with my exchange. Also gave informative insight into both card and money transactions. Easy location to get too.

My experience at Crown Currency was efficient and a pleasant experience. The lady behind the counter was very engaging and professional. I was surprised and pleased that I was able to exchange my AU$ into Turkish Lira as well as Euros.
At the most the exchange took 10 minutes.

Staff were responsive, respectful and very helpful. Will use again

Great customer service from Maria at the Watergardens branch here in Melbourne. Would highly recommend using this facility again. A1+

It is my first and one-stop shop prior to each departure abroad. Will recommend Crown services to everyone.

The lady doing the service went out of her way to help us.

Hello,
Great customer service!

The staff are friendly and helpful. I have dealt with them before, and the staff member remembered me.

Thank you

I have no complains about customer service which was good but dispointed with the exchange rate that I received.
I understand that you have costs to cover. I personally would prefer to paid a charge and get the current exchange rate.
