Friendly professional and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to assist.
I exchanged one item and purchased a few more, easy to do to and always well stocked.

Simply superb. Great communication and excellent speedy delivery.

Brilliant customer service from Jamie on the phone. I had lots of issues with DPD not delivering my parcel but Jamie contacted DPD to sort the issue and went above and beyond to try make sure I got my parcel.

Really quick delivery. Great price for equipment. Thanks

Great and reliable service. received my products on time and in great condition.

Have bought several cricket items for my 9 year old from the website including items large and small. Really good service at reasonable prices. He’s loving Cricket now. Thanks for helping us on our journey, much appreciated

Absolutely flawless service from an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly member of staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better in-store experience :)

Quality items, expertly packaged and sent ultra fast.

Amazing staff really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and help me select my new stick(s). Rufus explained the pros and cons of several sticks, helping with my selection from the huge array of sticks they stock. Went back in for a second stick as a result of the customer service, ability to try using the sticks and high quality products.

Expert and Knowledgable
Visited the shop for last minute birthday presents. Excellent advice from someone who clearly knew what she was talking about. Helped us make a good choice (which the recipient loved). Great price too.

People say that Disneyland is the happiest place in the world, but no Cricket Hockey definitely is.

Great staff, great range of kit. Absolutely worth the 2 and a half hour drive to come in person.

Another order another great deal managed to get 3 sticks in the last two weeks all sizes in stock and delivered on time each time great packaging and updates again this is my only go to site for the last 3 years now

I made a trip to Cricket Hockey this week to purchase a new hockey stick. I was served by Leanne who was super friendly and knowledgeable, she found me a selection of sticks to try out based on what I currently have, plus a few she would recommend. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I quickly found the perfect new stick!

Amazing delivery and reliability as well as prices.

Customer service was excellent, resolved issues within 10 hours

I bought a ball for my son, and it came in the wrong size and was in horrid condition, but it arrived late so i could not return it

We (that is myself and my friend) visited the Cricket-hockey shop in Salisbury on 17th Feb 2026. We drove from Midlands, which is 2hrs 30mins journey. I must say it was worth the journey.

Firstly, I emailed them what time we will be there and which hockey sticks we would like to try out. I think the lady name was Leanne, I do sincerely apologize if I have spelt it wrong.

Leanne provided all the sticks which was on my list to try out and even took the initiative to go into the store, if the sticks were not in display. It was an excellent service provided and the depth of knowledge shared about the materials, type of bows and hook shape, very grateful for that.

The staff just let us take our time with the hockey sticks to try out and each time they came around to make sure any other assistance was needed. We spend 2hours trying out the sticks.
I have visited other hockey shops to try out the sticks and felt like I was under very close surveillance and rushed to buy the stick, very uneasy feeling. The level of service at Cricket hockey shop was totally different, friendly and relaxed.

We bought Y1 and Ritual Sticks and if I need any new hockey equipment, I'll definitely use Cricket-hockey.com and if needed to try out a stick, I would not mind commuting there again.

Once again, Thank you Leanne and Cricket-Hockey.com for the excellent customer service.

Great website with clear navigation, size guidance very helpful too.

The stock level indication helps you focus on getting your order in to ensure stock availability.

Pricing is very fair compared with other suppliers.

Our delivery arrived earlier than stated ... not that was an issue.

Product delivered was well packaged and of top quality.

Buy from this suppler with confidence.

Poor service, delays and mistakes and no accountability or comms following complaint.

Excellent customer service and great range of products. We needed a replacement GK stick at short notice for a tournament abroad. It was sent same day, arrived 26 hours after ordering (with great updates on when it would arrive in the meantime) and was flying off to Spain 12 hours later. Game saver!
