creoven Anmeldelser

Creoven was a pleasure to work with! I had a problem with one order, and they were quick to respond and fixed it right away. I purchased three ceilings fans from them (the Pepeo Potkuri) and the quality is great and they add aa design element to the home, while feeling like they were always there. I would definitely shop with them again!

I think that, my personal, experience with creoven eu is the best experience with any seller, ever. Their customer service is so informative and polite. I can recommend purchase from them without any doubt.

My transaction with Creoven was a very positive and pleasant experience. I received a message from the company almost immediately after the item was purchased. The item was dispatched very promptly and I was able to trace the progress of its delivery up to the day I received it. The item was well packed and arrived in an excellent condition. I was pleased with its quality, and look forward to having it installed and operating. I can recommend this vendor as a trustworthy and reliable dealer, and would definitely be willing to purchase from him again without hesitation.

I had an issue with a technical product that didn’t seem to work, and the team at Creoven were exceptional from start to finish. Their responses were impressively quick, often within minutes of my emails, and their troubleshooting advice was clear, detailed, and genuinely helpful.

I was communicating with Tobias, who was absolutely great throughout the entire process. His professionalism and willingness to help made everything so much easier.

Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be returning as a customer.

Ordered 2 fans, delivery date kept being extended.
When I contacted them I was informed they were held up in customs. This kept being the reply and they eventually gave me a tracking number and told me I had to sort it out myself as it wasn’t their problem!
I got a refund from Amazon and got the same fans considerably cheaper elsewhere.
Needless to say, I won’t use them again.
Use at your peril!

Super schnelle Bearbeitung und Versendung meiner Bestellung. Vorgestern erst bestellt, heute schon geliefert.
