Let me start by saying I've not been asked in anyway to do this I have come off my own back.

My credit history is shocking because I got mixed up with the wrong things! I'll not say people because everyone has there own mind and I fell prey but that a side I've sorted my life out and trying to move on. I got my licence back after a ban and rang these guys, was great didn't have high hopes but I continued none the less.

I had alen but I can't say much for alen as I was passed to Carly and let's be real I'm having this car for 5 years so I needed to be sure and I was set on a vx model of an astra or insignia but I changed over and over from soft top golfs to insignia to astra, well just about everything but we found an insignia Sri! Not too spec but I said I wanted it but behold 3 days later Carly only finds me an insignia in black (colour I wanted) vx line and everything is perfect. I wanted 2.0 but let's be real I've got everything I want but lost 2.0 for 1.6 and she knew I would snap her hand off. You go here I recommend Carly she did good things for me xx much respect

Really good service! The 2nd car I've had through them, they found the car we were looking for without the fuss of being pestered from showrooms+pleased with the 2nd car I've received, thank you creditplus!

Avoid this company, sold a car with a fault ( which the delivery driver tried covering up!) despite its rac inspection. They admitted fault and offered to pay for a fix but are constantly delaying things. Communication is awfull, you will phone to speak a person and they are always on the other line and told you will get a call back but never happens.

Andy Howkins My personal consultant was an absolute legend as he's the man on the job , he was absolutely friendly , professional , understanding and assisting me from first call to car collection , 5* service , definitely will be back soon, take care Andy.

Andy was able to search and find a car with the features on my car and was able to sort out any issues which I had and answer any questions I also had, I highly recommend him to anyone if he is dealing with your enquiry

I never normally leave reviews for company’s but I feel like on this occasion I must! I dealt with an employee named Amir, and I must say having dealt with previous financial companies and employees he stands out as someone who is really there to help you the best he can and he don’t that exact thing for myself. I first spoke on Tuesday and needed my vehicle asap and by Friday I have the vehicle! He went out of his way to make this deal go through as quickly as possible and was in constant contact with myself and was always quick to fix any issues that occurred, all of this whilst getting the best rate I found through numerous searches also! What an excellent customer service and I would advise anyone reading this to deal with Amir. First class all the way! What a bloke!

Now I’m off to enjoy my van!

Where do I even start… i just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Liam Nother for helping me finance and look for my dream car, I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the moment Liam contacted me to discuss my application, he was extremely polite, professional and attentive. He took time to get to know me and what I was looking for exactly which made me feel extremely valued as a customer. He was always there when I had questions and didn’t fail to keep me updated every step of the way. I mentioned to Liam that I needed a car ASAP… well I picked up my dream car within a week:) Liam went above and beyond to make this happen.

After the reviews I just read I'm amazed that Pierre Cervello hasn't had a mention. Pierre helped me find finance for a new car after a nasty RTC 6 weeks ago wrote off my lovely little Fiat. Pierre helped liaise with the dealership that had the car I wanted to purchase and intervened when I couldn't get what I needed from my previous finance company. He was only an email or phone call away, spoke to me like a real human being and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was a bit worried about using a company I'd never heard of but I'm so glad I took the plunge and used them. After a rough 6 weeks and with time running out to find a new car he really made a big impact in keeping the process smooth and speedy which is comforting when you have so much going on. Andy Hawkins is a legend and a real credit to Creditplus! He responded quickly to my initial enquiry and managed to find a lender to take me on despite my appalling credit rating. A week or so later the car is on my drive. From start to finish Andy was a hero, chasing the lender, then the dealer, and all the time keeping me updated with progress.

I got contacted by Mat Richards to look for a car finance for me although my credit was not that good he managed to secure a finance with favorable terms. The whole process took 2 days. Mat kept me informed for the whole process. I will definitely will go back to him when I want re-finance. What a top guy

Excellent service. Within 24 hours Shane not only found a particular vehicle I was looking for but arrange the finance. Payout was made within a further 12 hours and delivery was arranged for our new car. Shane kept me up to date every step of the way. 5 star service for a major purchase. 100% recommend, especially if you are not experienced in the world of car finance.
