My experience with Credit Direct has been very good. Especially with Tyler Pubins. He went above and beyond to assist me with the process and connected me with a lender that has been very receptive in helping me with my needs. Tyler is a special kind of person that is truly concerned about helping to the best of his ability.

Not sure what service was provided. My contact person was very pleasant but he could not follow-up with my lender for me. I called and got everything moving after 4 days of waiting. There was a very large service fee...if that was for this service, all I could tell is they sent my request to various credit companies. My representative was very pleasant but I am confused as to what service they provided for a $500 service fee. Unfortunately during these Covid times, having a wife still without a job with unemployment ending, your options are very limited.
