I recently ordered a personalized sign. It was a birthday gift and the recipient loved it. Also great customer service

This is the second time I've had a sign made that I designed.

Received my sign and it is absolutely what I wanted. They listened to what I wanted and made it just like I envisioned it to be. Thank you so MUCH!

Update: After leaving my review, I received an email from the company stating they were sending me a new sign and asked I remove the review. I was disappointed as it wasn't sent with intention to make things right but to seemingly bribe me. I decided to wait for the sign to arrive then would gladly update my review to let buyers know how things were resolved. The sign, however, never arrived. When Customer Service emailed again requesting I remove the review, I let them know I had not received the shipment and asked for a tracking number. They have since stopped responding. I don't believe a replacement sign was ever sent. Buyer beware.

I emailed the company before ordering to ensure it would be able to survive the elements. I was told it was weatherproof and sent photos asking for color suggestions to match our home.

When the sign arrived, it was brown (not even close to a light gray) but worse yet, the letters weren’t properly adhered and were falling off. I immediately emailed customer service and they told me this can happen and suggested I just go buy wood glue and repair it myself. Regarding the stain color, they simply said they used the one I selected and it was my fault as stain colors can vary.

I have since repaired the sign myself and hung it for only a few weeks in our seasonal home. The board warped in the heat to the point it no longer hangs (I always bring it in before it rains as I didn’t trust it to last). I contacted customer support by email and followed up twice and haven’t received a reply other than “they will look into it.” For $300+ for a custom sign, it was a total waste of money. Really poor experience all around.

They made a memorial sign for us and was exactly what we wanted
They shipped fast and packaged the sign very well 😊 will definitely order again from them

I absolutely love both of the signs I had purchased. Not only are they worth the money, but they shipped out to me pretty quick! I highly recommend Craft My Sign to anyone looking for a sign that speaks for itself!

We love our new family sign. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Great communication with Daniel, and can’t wait for all our family and friends to see it.

I recently ordered a sign for our pool area, we could not be more happy with the product. It turned out great, and the quality of the sign is great as well. Ordering was easy and it arrived in a very timely manner, we will definitely use this company for any further signage around our home.

I love my personalized sign. It completes my wall behind my couch beautifully. Delivery does take some time, so don't be in a hurry. If you deal with Daniel, you will be happy. He is a great communicator and will make sure you are happy. I expect to buy some gifts here in the future.

Love my sign. It’s absolutely beautiful and will hang in our home for years to come

The people of this Company are absolutely wonderful and very responsible. The product quality is out standing. I will be buying more from them. Thank You again. Bryan

Our sign for our cabin in Narvik, Norway from craftmysign looks awesome! We hoped to have the sign delivered to us to the south of Norway before we traveled north, and we got it in time. Thank you!

I just received our sign and it exceeded our expectations. It is a perfect addition to our Lake Michigan waterfront condo! Thanks for the attention to detail. It was easy to hang and is a perfect weight too ... not too heavy! Thanks for creating a sign that perfectly fit what we were looking for to complete our Lake look.

After the initial purchase, I was a little concerned that I had gotten scammed. I emailed Daniel and everything was cleared up! My only thoughts that may be helpful would be to stay in contact with your customers! The signs that I ordered look fantastic and they will be enjoyed for years to come on my cabin wall! Thank you much Craftmysign!

very pleasant experience doing business with Craftmysing.com.
Easy to order and the service is very fast.
Daniel, the owner, communicates quickly to answer our questions

The website is very easy to use and selections are just what i was looking for. Personalization was a breeze and having the ability to view the product was excellent. Delivery was before the expected timeframe provided and my friends LOVED their gift. they said the quality is great and will go right on the front of their house.

Great experience ! I am so happy with what I ordered and had excellent communication. My order was a gift and I needed it fast ! I got it in record time and it is perfect. Im giving it as a special gift this week. I highly recommend this company and kind, friendly service !

I purchased a sign about 2 years ago… Half of the letters have already fallen off. It’s pure garbage.

If I could give a zero I would. Please do not purchase this product at this price. This company does not use quality wood and charges for a cheap pine board that will fall apart. I cannot believe what I just received in the mail. Truly disappointed! Please don’t fall victim like me.
