Cotswold RAW Anmeldelser

We ordered cat food, Turkey and Rabbit, for our cats. Out cats are already fed raw diet and will eat any meat or fish so far, but not Cotswold. They have had a taste with a bit of encouragement from me, but they spit out/let drop large pieces of bone. We have tried to introduce it in small quantities mixed into their usual meat, even adding liver that they love but they will attempt to avoid the Cotswold's pieces and if not possible they will just not eat at all. These cats will eat most of the ingredients that I can see in the mix so I am just at a loss. Maybe it is a texture thing as Cotswold is very claggy/stodgy.

Excellent quality food and prompt delivery

An excellent service from Cotswold Raw. I was unable to get to my usual stockists so I ordered online on a Wednesday night and delivery was made on Friday morning. I was notified with a delivery window and arrived on time really well packaged as its frozen. My dog Oakley loves Cotswold Raw dog food. Will definitely use the online store again.

Easy to order online.
Delivered when they say they will.
Plus ... the dogs love it.

Now we feed our Cavapoo, Stanley, with food from Cotswold Raw, we would never go back to other dog food. He absolutely loves all the mixes and clears his plate every day. He is very healthy and full of energy which we put down to his diet.thank you.

A first class provider of raw dog food. I have been dealing with this company for almost 5 years. I ue there subscription service and on the rare occasion I need to contact their office - the support staff are brilliant.

Unfortunately the bad weather delayed delivery and when I received it the box was broken. The packets of food though were undamaged and mostly frozen. I am however still waiting for the promised containers for the food as this was my first order

Amazing customer service. They’ve answered any questions quickly and have been so helpful. Delivery was quick and ordering was easy. Best of all our dogs love the food and treats and are healthy and happy. Highly recommend.

I have been feeding Cotswold over several years now, my 6 dogs do very well on their range, I highly recommend butchers block, active, and wild. The meats all smell fresh and the supplements are favourable.
I recently suggested that they reduce the root veg there is far too much in each pack and make the pieces of carrot much smaller as they do not get digested, they just go through the dogs, and I’d like to see more blitzed kale, which dogs do very well on. Altogether, a quality product, and my pack would endorse that sentiment.❤️🐾

Great service and quick delivery

Quality is really poor & unreliable

Updste. Thankyou for your response. May I clarify that the customer care people have always been polite & couteous. Since summer 25 they offered free mixed boxes of cat meat on at least 3 occasions after I reported that a delivery of their cat meat had been poor quality, due to a defrosted delivery or due to the disproportionate amount of bone or cartilege in meat - spoiling the quality, smell & taste so cats wouldn't eat it -as well as not being healthy.. I reported it each time to them, hoping for improvement in quality. However, after my cat was really seriously ill as a result of the copious amounts of bone fragments in the last batch that was really the final straw. I am not risking my pets life. I've had many cats but none has been as seriously ill ss that, she needed urgent treatment just before xmas. ( It took over 2 weeks for her to recover.) When she vomited it was bile -& - lots of bone fragments. The sheer volume of these fragments of splintered bone is dangerous & can cause a blockage. I thougt this hazard might just have affected the rabbit meat in the delivery, so checked the chicken & turkey meats in this delivery box. I forked over them to check for potential hazards out of caution before considering feeding.. I was shocked by the large & inappropriate chunks of bone & the sheer quanity of it in both other meats! I wanted to use Cotswold Raw but this is not suitable food for cats & it is disappointing that their cat meat did not improve despite being advised of serious issues.

Great service as usual.
Dogs love ❤️ they’re Raw food from Cotswolds Raw

top quality food and excellent customer service

I cannot rate the product and service from Cotswold Raw enough. I used to buy the food locally, but always very inconsistent with the range of flavours available. The product is great, no complaints from my Boarder Collie when its food time. Deliveries sent out on time , and delivered when stated. Thank you APC.
When contacting the admin team, nothing is too much, always resolving any issues. Thank You

My very fussy Bedlington terrier is suddenly enjoying his meals since trying out Cotswold Raw. Delivery was quick and the products are clearly well made and not just trying to appeal to humans. No unpleasant aroma coming from the defrosted meat and all eaten as soon as it’s put down. The raw sausages complete food are so quick & easy to serve.

Great food, great service

The food is great, deliveries are great, esp the drivers. Range is great.

The order site is terrible - it is impossible to adjust and manage subscriptions. I have contacted Cotswold about this a number of times. It is like placing an internet order in the 1990s.

You sent me half the order I had paid for.
I rang you. You apologised and assured me you would send the balance. I waited and you did nothing.
It was my first and only order with you.
Your service is poor and lacks thought.
This cannot be an isolated incident.

My dogs LOVE Cotswold Raw they have the variety pack (beef chicken lamb and turkey) and the Wild Range and it always disappears in seconds. I recently contacted CR customer service regarding adjusting delivery dates and they were so helpful.

The food is great and my dogs coat is so glossy and shiny since feeding him this raw food
