Jenna in the Marlow store provided us with excellent customer service. She listened to my angst over pendant lights and colur matching and suggested ordering them - with the added comfort that I could return these to the store if they didnt work with our new kitchen. Well, they turned up days later and they are perfect! Had she not been there I would still be in umming and ahhing and driving my wife mad! Thank you Jenna!

Pauline and Libby at the Marlow store were very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspect of our order and did not rush any decisions. A pleasure shopping in this store as part of renovating my bedroom.
Its nice to actually be able to see a bed and test the matress before buying.

Well laid out showrooms in Marlow. Cool in the present heatwave. Very knowledgeable and well trained staff, particularly the young lady who looked after us. She was very polite and helpful and at no time were we, exposed to a hard sell.

I have purchased many items from The Cotswold Company. The furniture is beautifully made at a reasonable price! Will definitely be purchasing more furniture when we move in 2027.

Ross and Gavin were extremely helpful in delivering the 8 dining room chairs. We're cheerful despite the heat and cleared away the cardboard etc. Quality service all round

Superb experience purchasing my lovely Watson sofa at the Marlow Cotswolds branch. The store manager’s knowledge of the range and materials helped me choose a sofa perfect for my home. Ordering, communications and delivery were seamless. I’m also impressed the Cotswolds Sofas are UK made. High quality products and service. Highly recommended.

I am delighted with the Classic Cotswold pantry. It isn’t too big to look at but holds an enormous amount inside. It fits in perfectly with my kitchen. The delivery guys were brilliant, they put pads on the feet for me so the pantry will slide easily if I need to move it, without scratching the floor. They handled it carefully and it was delivered in perfect condition. This is the third piece of furniture I have ordered from the Cotswold company. Highly recommend.

I am shocked at how poor the service is from this company. I ordered furniture on June 28th on the explicit understanding that I needed delivery on August 11th which was accepted as a condition of sale. I was promised an email confirmation of order and delivery date. It hadn't arrived by the next day, so I called and was told "been too busy". July 14 still no email, I called only to discover that delivery was planned for that day to a house I'm not currently living in.Eventually I had a call to say it had been cancelled and that my delivery was scheduled for August 12/13, again I said this wasn't unacceptable because it would mean I would have no bed for 3 nights and the date was a condition of my order.I was promised a call back.Even on conclusion of the call, I received a text saying delivery would be on the 12th or 13th, no further call, no further suggestions, so It is assumed I will sleep on the floor for up to 3 nights. Awful service, awful communication, I'm so annoyed I didn't choose another company. The pleasure of a new house spoiled by lack of care and dishonesty at the time of purchase, the sales person knew this was a condition and I have no doubt that's why I didn't get any email confirmation. NEVER AGAIN. 16/07/26 update in response to your comment, as I have still not received an email order confirmation and I am away from home, I don't have access to the printed receipt from the shop. Please speak to the Marlow store who are very well aware of this issue and have stopped communication.
