I love the feel of this cleanser. And you only require a small amount !! Only problem is the pump won't twist so I have to unscrew the whole lid/pump sadly causing me to lose more than required.... Vis mer

Zero, if I could.
Placed an order 3 weeks ago, and with no movement, have asked 4 times for a refund due to them being unable or unwilling to supply the product ordered.STILL no refund forthcoming.
No product…no refund…lots of blah blah we’ll get the team onto it.
Will NEVER have anything to do with this mob again!!!

Order unprocessed for over a week.
Ordered perfume on 29th June, it is now 9 July and order hasn't even been processed yet.
I will say that when you send a message to customer service, you get a quick reply but are told the team will get back to her and then she will get back to me. Polite lady, but not great company if it takes a day and a half to even find out what's happening, or to confirm a cancellation. Meanwhile my money has been taken.
Not good enough.
