Very good customer service
Very good customer service, especially as I wanted a change of delivery address and a simple email effected it, right away. That’s not always the case with other companies.

The order I placed arrived on time. I mistakenly ordered 2 of the same item by mistake and the return process was fairly straightforward. I received the refund quickly. I would use the company again.

Great coat for winter photography and bird watching
I met Cosimac representives at a recent Snow Show in London. We chatted, I tried on a coat - disliked the colour. When I came home I looked on line and found that there was another coat I could buy - Cosi Rider. I wrote to the company and asked about the zips. They were most helpful in providing information and more photographs so I could make a choice on a more appropriate colour. Forest Green Cosi Rider definitely won't scare away the birds when I go out to take photographs. The colour will help me merge with the bushes in summer (and sometimes winter) and it will definitely keep me warm and cosy.

Great Products and Customer Service
Really delighted with my new Stealth Robe. Ordered a size XL which was too big. A quick phone call and my robe was exchanged, which I called to collect. The staff are a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Cosimac.
