Friendly and efficient.
Tom came out and fitted my bathroom fab. He was conscientious and took his shoes off which is always a good start.
He fitted the fan and explained how it was different to the last one. He showed me that it was working too.
He took the time to make conversation making me feel that he was willing to invest time in me the customer.
