The services are bad and their support is worst!

The tool performance is bad there are better alternatives in the market for the same or better prices, I tried to cancel my subscribing and the website just shows me an error, I contacted the support they didn't reply. and after they charged me they replied with the cancelation and refuse to refund. They are bad...

It sucks.
Copyshark charge me for one month and stopped their service only after 13 days!
And all after sale team including email team from them are DEAD.
They say nothing but the same words'Your request (43XX) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.'

Not only did the program not work for helping me with any product descriptions.....they refuse to let me cancel. I signed up, in June, tried to cancel. Didn't work, thought maybe something I did...so tried to cancel again. NOPE still getting charged. I've sent many emails to customer service to have this changed, and they say "you haven't cancelled." I've sent screen shots of my account profile showing I cancelled and I'm still not getting any help. Just delete my account and refund me already. Do not recommend, absolutely useless...scammers.

Same as all of the other negative reviews below, I believed I was just doing a trial and didn't even realise I had been ‘accepted’ to use it until I started having payments deducted.

I tried to log in to copy shark and get help with this but they could not help me and said my email doesn't even exist in their system although that was where they were emailing me... Then I kept persisting that it must be cancelled and that my money be refunded which they told me they could not do, I would have to do... Even though I couldn't even access the platform 🙄

Painful back and forths pursued, where they finally ‘cancelled’ my a subscription and refunded my money. To which I found out that they only refunded one payment, and said that is the maximum they could do???

Despite me NEVER even being able to get access to the platform.

I'm unsure whether this has even been truly cancelled at this point, please avoid this ‘company’ like the plague!!!

I purchased copy shark for a specific language, it was included in the list of languages they advertise.

The moment I got the link to enter the product (yes, you cannot access it from the homepage), I realized the language I need is not included. Messaged them, a very loose of broken communication ensued, as they don´t refer to my comments on message. They were payed for a good 6 months. And refuse to return they money "as per their terms". However, they did misleading advertising from the beginning, Portuguese was never a language their tool worked on.

And they told me this, I have it on email.

Do not use it, the service is bad, the level of english language of their support people is bad, or they pretend it´s bad so we stop emailing. Overral a terrible experience, do not use, and most of all never put your credit card in their hands.

Doesn't work as advertised for long form copy. When I asked to cancel through email they directed me to my login. When I cancelled in there where it clearly shows status "cancelled" they still charge me $39 a month ongoing. Not sure how to get the charge to stop other than reporting them as a fraudulent company to Capital One.

Please do not take on their trial. It's a nightmare to cancel.

This is the first time that I have bothered to review a product. The way this company advertises and conducts itself just disgusts me. So if you are even considering taking on the trial, PLEASE DO NOT.

Everything sounds gimmicky right from the start;

1) In their 5-day trial, their onboarding process makes you feel 'privileged' when they 'accept' you based on your responses to their questions. However it's just a facade to a product that does little compared to what was being advertised

2) after the 5-day trial, when you try to cancel under settings, it would show, 'You do not have any account data yet. Please try again later'. So i checked back 3 days later. Still the same message. So i thought that I was not on any active subscription.

3) 2 months later, I realised that i have incurred charges. And when I log in to try to cancel, it still showed the same message!! When I reached out, Max cancelled the plan but when i asked if I have been charged for any subscription, his reply was simply that I will not be charged further.

4) Any other ethical service provider would agree to refund out of goodwill EVEN if you truly missed the trial cancellation deadline. Copyshark simply rejects it due to their policy. Below were his exact words.

Disgusted... especially when they did not allow users to unsubscribe by themselves. Perhaps intentionally, and hoped that it slipped your mind.

From a Copywriter POV, the AI is REALLY FAR FROM GOOD.

Moreover, when you click cancel subscription on their website, it is not really canceled.

They scammed me on this and they even refused to give me back my money (2 minutes after they took it).

Scammers.

Be careful with this company Copy Shark!! You will not be able to cancel your subscription! The process must do it via the website, and then when it says "Cancelled," it is not canceled!
You will need to dig deeper to find out that the only canceled thing is the 7$ first-month subscription, and the 39$ will continue each month.

After finding out the scame and understanding no matter what, I could not cancel this nightmare, I contacted a person called Michael; well, this guy is well prepared. He told me that I agreed on the terms in the purchase and sent me some links of terms of use, ready to convince me that that's what I agreed on when I entered the purchase, RIGHT...

They know in advance no one will get to the small letters in any terms of use in the first place, and they made sure to confuse the customer to a level that he gave up and paid without a refund option. So far, I have charged 5 times * 39$.

This email communication was around the end of July, when I already sent a preliminary email in June from me to cancel the subscription, as stated they claim they did not receive :-) (By the way, I also showed to them the proof from my Gmail) Anyhow Michael told me to enter the site and cancel the subscription myself, and that is what I was doing. I canceled the subscription via my account, and I also have a screenshot that confirms that the subscription is canceled. BUT Michael is a clever scammer; he knows when I will try to cancel, it will not fully cancel everything, since they made two subscriptions per one customer...Yeppp:

1. first subscription on 7$
2. second subscription on 39$

So what did Michael do when he tried to explain to me that there was nothing to do and I must pay? He tells me half of the story, that I can cancel my subscription on site, but not tell me that there are two subscriptions and the one that automatically cancels is the 7$, and the 39$ version keeps on running and never stop.

In my subscription, It looks canceled, but it's not.

Now Michael knows that this process can take months for the customer to realize is that they are charged for a service they don't want.,that there are charged for a service they assume is canceled! this is called a scam! To charge people when they canceled their subscription and play stupid and not refund them when on their subscription page, it says "Cancelled," but it is not really canceled. They don't know they are not canceling for real the 39$ subscription.

There is one subscription! Not 2! But Copy shark made sure to make it in a way that the payment will be on 2 separate plans.
And if you have 2 plans for 1 account, you cannot show canceled without clarifying the status of the second subscription is active!

He knows me because we communicate over email.
He knows I want to cancel, and he does nothing to ensure it cancels during and after the process. And when my account says my subscription is canceled, it continues charging me for this month from the same card, the same subscription via another subscription, which is nothing other than a scam.

I am a great customer of Vimeo, Envato, Quastodio, Grammarly, Loom, and many more great products. No one ever sent me any terms of use links to prove I agreed to the terms in the purchase mode. None of those brands created a user account designed to confuse the client. And if I was ever required to unsubscribe, I always got apologetic support with cancelation confirmation, no tricks, and scams. Nevertheless, if I show an email requiring unsubscribe.

Il would love to receive complaints from all the people this company has harmed to advance a class action lawsuit. This is just the beginning of this ship of deception, must act until we will get first the refund of all this lost game.

There were some good results, but the generated content was not necessarily original. The real issue is this: Cancellation is a nightmare! After hitting the "cancel" button in my profile, their system put my account in "canceled" state, yet somehow a month later it continued to charge me. Customer support is even worse. Obviously their system is buggy, but instead of trying to figure out what the issue is and fix it, they blame the customer, and refuse to issue a refund. I ended up filing a dispute through the credit card company. This is a horrible business practice and customer experience.

Copy "Shark" is right. So hard to cancel and even when you do find the tiny button to do so, they still charge you. Use a credit card so you can have some recourse.

The tool is great (when you are able to use it), but the customer service is awful! We signed up for the trial and was impressed enough to hand over our card details, sign up and continue.
To start with, they took the funds twice. They did refund the second payment when requested.

We could never use the system after signing up, as the plan is marked as cancelled. Max told us that the plan we are on only allows 20,000 credits that we used up in the trial.
Max then told us that the trial only allows you 10,000 credits...
I have been going around in circles with Max for the whole of August. They refuse to refund us, even though we have not been able to use the system since we made the payment.

Stay away from this company.

Never in my life I've met a company that's a total scam. Don't use their product. They steal your money and won't refund it! They say you don't have an account and won't give back your money. These guys are a scam and thieves!

I purchased the lifetime option as an initial offer, I tried it and it didn't work, I wrote them to tell them about my problem with the software, they didnt respond,, Then I cancelled it a day after buying and requested a refund.. They responded it wasn't cancelled I sent them screenshots of the cancelled page and asked for a refund,, they then told me no refunds on monthly subs,,I asked them to check my account it's not monthly it was a one time charge and requested the refund again, They have not responded back since then,,Horrible service to not even check my account just to give me the run around and no answers

DO NOT SIGN UP. I signed up and they charged me the first month of subscription. I canceled within the first 30 days and they didn't bill me the following month. Cool, everything went as planned. The following month THEY CHARGED ME. I used it one time, didn't work. I canceled and now I can't get someone to confirm that I've canceled. I disputed it with my CC company. CopyShark told my CC company that I didn't cancel. BS, I've canceled twice (should have taken screenshots) but they have no email confirmations for anything. Of the 3 times I've been billed I've only gotten one little email saying "Another Month of CopyShark Awesome! Hi Michael, we recieved your payment. Thanks for using CopyShark to create amazing copy and save you time! Attached to this email is your invoice :)" The attachment wasn't even a valid file, it was a web link that opens to HTML coding. The company needs to get it's ish together. Avoid at all costs!

Great service, but my company name is a metaphor. So, that is difficult voor the AI

This is website is scam. They lock you out, so you are unable to cancel subscription.

This is a scammer! I did cancel during the free trial and they still charged my credit card.

I signed up for the free trial and cancelled before the trial period was due to end but my card was still charged. Upon emailing their support team for a refund (as I had not used the service) I was told that they don't refund monthly payments. This is a farce. I haven't used any portion of the subscription and I cancelled within the trial period, so why did you charge me? Now I'm going to have to do a chargeback with my bank.

Please avoid this company. There are companies out there that are similar but with way better customer service and far more customer orientated rather than money orientated.
