Segnalata più volte la rumorosità di due pneumatici sportcontact 6 ,costo 200 euro l uno comprati da un gommista non rivenditore diretto ,l ufficio tecnico risponde che il rumore e la durezza potrebbe dipendere dal servosterzo...peccato che l auto è stata controllata da officina ufficiale Mercedes dove affermano che l auto non ha nessun difetto di meccanica (per atro auto seminuova con 9milakm) e che invece notano anche loro un fastidioso rumore di rotolamento dei pneumatici,cosa che prima non avveniva con stessi pneumatici..insomma,un auto nuova da 70mila euro inguidabile per via di due pessimi pneumatici...assurdo

Ich war früher ein großer Fan der Reifen auf Grund der langen Haltbarkeit und den leisen Abrollgeräuschen!

Die Betonung liegt auf "ich war"!!!

Aktuelle Erfahrungen:

Conti Sommerreifen Sport Contact 225/40 R18 auf VA eines Saisonfahrzeugs Mercedes CLK (Laufleistung 63 TKM) nach nur drei Jahren und 7 TKM Laufleistung wird die Außenflanke porös!

Gleiches Fahrzeug auf der Hinterachs 255/35 R18 Reifen sind nach 12 TKM bis auf 2mm abgefahren.
Fahrzeug versetzt stark, extreme Vibrationen ab 100 km/h zu merken.

Probleme sind mit neuen Pirelli-Reifen jetzt komplett behoben.

Sorry, aber Conti gehört für mich absolut nicht mehr zu den Premium-Herstellern! Schämt für euch für diese miserable Qualität!

En un mes compré tres neumáticos Continental . Primero una pareja . Una rueda se rajo por el lateral de hoy para mañana sin nada y no pierde aire... La otra le salió un bulto en el fango. Compro otra para seguir tirando. Sorpresa nada más montar la de nuevo bulto. 500 euros tirados. Nunca mas

Ecocontact 6 il peggiore pneumatico che abbia mai avuto. Rigido, tenuta sul bagnato a malapemna accettabile, si consuma velocemente ma senza tenere bene la strada. L'aspetto peggiore è l'incapacità di mantenere le troiettorie in autostrada perché a causa, appunto, della rigidità del pneumatico lo stesso copia ogni piccola asperita dell'asfalto obbligandoti a continue correzioni con lo sterzo. Meglio i Cinesi e gli Indiani che costano meno e non fanno così pena!

Bought a set of ContiMotions to replace the pirelli angels that just never worked on my Yam GTS1000.
Could not be happier totally transformed the handling performance, phenomenal grip for a sport touring tyre, confidence inspiring freedback when pushing in the bends.
Rear got about 4500 miles front still OK, this is with very spirited riding and a 1200 mile trip to IOM TT 2025.
Would not hesitate to recommend, am replacing with the Conti Sport Attack as want to push a bit harder at this year's TT.

My first purchase of Continental tires and my last. I replaced 4 pieces, after 250km one simply fell apart on the highway (140km/h). I was informed that I could have driven without air (not possible because I have TPS sensors) or the tire was previously damaged by a curb, which didn't happen. Avoid this brand at all costs!!

In August 2023, I purchased four Continental tires that were advertised with a $110 mail-in rebate. The rebate was a deciding factor in my purchase. I submitted the required rebate form and proof of purchase by mail within the promotional period.

Approximately six weeks later, when I had not received the rebate, I followed up with Continental. I followed up again the following year when reinstalling the tires and again this year. Despite providing proof of purchase and promotional materials, Continental has refused to issue the rebate, stating that they have no record of my submission and that the promotion period has closed.

I complied with all instructions provided at the time of purchase and submitted the rebate within the advertised timeframe. This situation highlights a significant issue with their rebate processing, as my multiple timely attempts to follow up over the past two years were not resolved.

I want to share my experience to inform other consumers about this issue. I encourage anyone relying on mail-in rebates from Continental to carefully track submissions and follow up promptly.

The tyres fitted to Dacia duster original car 2017 loads tread left done 44000mls now bad cracking up. Continental looks like they crack up before they wear out. Just told my son he got duster took pics of tyres same problem

I have a 2021 navara n guard from new have changed the front tyres now twice and rears once only done 20500 miles was told that there the wrong tyres for that vehicle no tread just cross over tread no depth but that’s what came on the vehicle rubbish tyres won’t use again Pirelli for me great depth and grip so much better

I recently purchased four new 245/40/20 Continental eContact6 Sport tires including 5 years manufacturing warranty from a trusted agent for my 2016 Audi A7 Quattro 2.8 on January 25th, 2025, for which I paid 1300 euros. I selected Continental due to its excellent reputation in the automotive tire industry. Following their installation, I noticed a honing noise, which I initially attributed to a potential wheel bearing issue. Approximately three months later, tears became apparent on all four tires. I reported this to the local Continental agent, and their assessment indicated a mechanical problem with the wheel alignment process, although the results were somewhat inconsistent. Six months after replacing the wheel bearings, despite some skepticism from the mechanical technician, I grew weary of the persistent noise. I then decided to try four different used aftermarket tires, and the noise completely vanished. I subsequently filed another complaint, but Continental's technical investigation regrettably only advised me to ensure proper alignment for my vehicle and offered to recompense my case. I have attached both complaints and their responses. This experience has honestly left me feeling quite disheartened, and as a result, I would be hesitant to recommend Continental's premium products to others. I have since happily purchased new Pirelli tires, which have provided a high-quality and comfortable driving experience, and I would now recommend them going forward.

4x Continental all season contact bei check 24 bestellt. Einer hat einen Höhenschlag. Reklamiert, Lösung: muss zum Hersteller und geprüft werden. Das dauert 12 Wochen. Vorher gibt es keinen Ersatz.
Dachte dann ok gehe über den Hersteller. Von denen auch die gleiche Antwort. Was ich 12 Wochen mit drei Reifen machen soll, interessiert niemanden.
Ist mir zu blöd. Kaufe jetzt selbst einen Neuen und entsorge den defekten. Nie wieder Check 24 und nie wieder Continental.
Übrigens 200€ für einen Reifen, der mit Höhenschlag ankam (Dot aktuell).

Second set of Continental tyres having to be changed out because of severe sidewall cracking when only a couple of years sold and hardly worn. Needless to say I will not be buying this brand again. Sidewall cracking is a big issue with Continental tyres that they seem unable or uninterested in correcting. I would never recommend Continental tyres.

After 18 months and 17000km cracks appeared on my Continental AllseasonContact 2 tyres. Continental claims they are damaged from curb. No strong impact happened. This has not happened on any tyres I had (GoodYears, Michelin). No more Continental for me. And as I can see here I am not the only one having trouble with Continental tyres. If they faced the issue and sent 2 new tyres, ok, but they do not even admit it.

Bereits nach einer Saison lösen sich größere Teile der Profilböcke ab. Bei näherer Betrachtung der Winterreifen wird es einem regelrecht Angst, diese Reifen weiter zu fahren. Wenn ihr mit einem sicheren Gefühl durch den Winter kommen wollt, dann schaut euch lieber nach anderen Produkten um.

One of my car tyre had to be replaced with new continental tyre for my Mercedes, within a week or so, my car had a routine service at Mercedes main dealership, they noted a bulge on the outside of the same tyre and advised to replace ASAP as it was dangerous to drive / could cause the tyre to bust any moment even though this should not have been the cause for new tyre, there seemed manufacturer defect, I therefore replaced wit yet another continental tyre. i then contacted continental tyre customer service who directed my call to their technical team. even though the defect was detected by Mercedes dealership, continental tech team refused to accept that and said I should have returned the tyre to them at my cost for them to review further. I was well gutted and disappointed with their response, I would never again buy their products / tyres again.
Continental tyre are not of good quality, it's just the name, I would recommend / suggest to buy alternative brands but not continental.

The wrost Company ever. 0 service and problem with tyres 2000 euro..I pay another 2000 and i buy Michelin and everything is good. Stop buying tyres from them,the team of Cyprus are shit.

I had 4 brand new tyres and in 2 years had to change many times.
I gave up purchasing new ones as quality like a sponge that pick up all the screws and metals that stick on the all around the tyres.
Very often visited for puncturing and tyre shops so cheeky to say Continental is the best, it makes sense that best for the tyre shops as they have regular visits from Continental users.
Now using Pirelli and all perfect 👌.

Le eco contact 6 perdono i pezzi di copertone. Si staccano interi pezzi. Gomme totalmente prive di affidabilità e sicurezza. Marchio assolutamente da evitare.

Leider sind die Reifen von Continental trotz ihrer durchweg positiven Bewertung von den einschlägigen Testern sehr schlecht. Die Reifen weisen schon nach kurzer Laufleistung erhebliche Mängel, wie Sägezahn, laute Abrollgeräusche schlechtes fahrverhalten, gerade auf nasser Fahrbahn, und ungleiches abnutzen auf . Leider kein Einzelfall. Dies beobachte ich seit Jahren auf verschiedenen Fahrzeugen im Fuhrpark.
