On the whole I find your communications work very well. I did have a problem setting up the e-mails to get the Tax Certificates for the year, but I got there in the end.

Really impressed
Lee Gale couldn’t have been more helpful, providing a personalised package for us, bearing with is whilst we got our quotes and keeping in touch. The approval took no time at all and the money was in our account within 24 hours of us accepting the agreement.

Bad experience
I got a loan for a motorcycle, after signing the loan I was given then motorcycle to then get harassed by the salesman saying the loan hadn’t been signed. After 2 calls to conister and a resign it had been sorted, a few days later I got another email saying the price was wrong and I had to redo the contract. Bad experience and will not be using again

Applied on line was told it was…
Applied on line was told it was approved and would have the money in two days, after a week still no money went to your office was told sorry it had been put in the wrong folder and I would have it the following day but still nothing. I phoned the office and was told I now have to provide a statement. But i don't receive statements so I had to go to the office and try to work out how to forward it from on line banking, I have been very busy in work and it's not always easy to get the time which is why I applied on line. I was told the statement is to prove what account the money is coming out of but I have had a number of loans with you in the past from the same account and never had a problem .
