The process was very simple to follow and an easy to follow website to fill in the application form.
I did have a couple of questions for which I made a telephone call and on both occasions the staff member I spoke with was very helpful and explained what I needed to do very simply and efficiently.

I am very pleased with the way Conister Bank has helped me purchase my Motorhome, especially I would like to credit Lee Gale for his fast responses and efficiency. He has made to whole transaction appear easy, he listened to what I was requesting and no problem was big enough for him.

Good service and fair rate of interest
I have just had my recent investment completed and the investment was returned with the interest to my nominated bank. I have now reinvested part of this investment for another 6 months at a good rate.

Good product, poor admin
The product is good (ie good interest rates on savings, better than elsewhere) but their admin is a disgrace. Everything seems to be done through manual paper systems (and by post) rather than electronically, which is slow and cumbersome, and papers sometimes, all too frequently, get lost with instructions consequently not actioned.
A particular example of poor admin was the recent emails asking customers to use some dodgy-looking link to get at their tax certificates. They turned out to be perfectly legit, but someone with half a brain should have thought, before sending them out, about what the emails would look like to scam-aware customers.
And ironically, even today's email inviting me to complete this Trustpilot review was headed, in large bold print, "Conister Logo We Value Your Feedback". Surely someone should have checked that the email would start with the Conister logo, not the words "Conister Logo".
