I purchased a new desktop computer from them 3 years ago and I'm very happy with it. A couple of time I needed to call for help and they were very helpful. But now I have an annoying buzz issue and I find they have ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPTIONS! No way to contact them. No email, no phone, NOTHING. Really???

My new $2600.00 laptop broke 3 times in 5 months. The have had it for over a month and sent it broke bake to me. They have sent me parts and it's still broken. They will not replace or refund their defective product. Do not buy from them They have no customer service performance they of course say they are focused on customer service. What a scam

Got a $2k gaming PC from CUK. Had issues from the start. Constant freezing during gameplay and the RGB lights did not work properly. The RGB button on the tower was non-functional, no remote or software provided to control lighting, and no downloaded software could fix the problem. 5 months after purchase the PC crashed. Shipping costs and restocking fee to return PC was highly unreasonable, and online reviews left me discouraged to make any attempt to ship the PC back to CUK for repairs. Checked BBB website only to find out others are calling this company a SCAM. Took it to a trusted repair shop instead. Replaced the CPU, the RGB lighting system, and some other smaller components. Repair shop confirmed parts used by CUK were very cheap and known to be faulty. Even found some components secured to the motherboard with TAPE!!! Highly suspicious. Paid around $1000 for repairs. 3 months later, boot drive crashed. Spent another $550 for repairs and upgrades. Once the repairs were done and OS installed, found out the Windows product key provided by CUK was not correct and license could not be found on firmware. Now I have to pay another $200 for a genuine MS Windows license. I basically paid for a second pc just trying to fix this one. I had no idea how expensive this would end up, especially at a time when I had no income. I lost my job the same month the PC crashed, and being a remote worker, it was essential I get it repaired. To say I'm angry with CUK is an understatement. Will NEVER buy CUK products again.

I purchased 2 gaming systems from Computer Upgrade King for my teenage boys. One was purchased in 2017 and the other in 2021 & both systems are still running strong! Computer Upgrade King has the best customer service which is very important to me. Justin & Jessie are quick with their responses & have been there to give us support long after the warranties have expired! I highly recommend CUK

TERRIBLE! I spent $2.3K on my PC and it is so bad. The bluetooth does NOT work. My PC crashes any time it tries to play a game with DX12. I've tried so many things to fix this PC but it is straight TRASH. I HATE CUK. Please buy from another more reputable company. CUK is a scam that overcharges and underdelivers. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this company. NEVER buying CUK again. 0 stars if I could.

Buyer Beware!!! Do not purchase from Computer Upgrade King! We purchased an ASUS Laptop Gamer ROG Strix G16 (2023), model on September 9, 2023 for about $1700. About a week after the 30 day warranty period ended, the computer started having a fatal error and was continuously shutting down. I read their reviews and unfortunately realized they are a scam company. They refused a refund. We opted to repair directly through ASUS rather than deal with Computer Upgrade King given their shady reviews. ASUS informed us that the SSD card and RAM that were "upgraded" by the Computer Upgrade King needed to be replaced because they were broken. In addition, the person who installed the SSD and RAM at computer Upgrade King also damaged other internal components of the laptop. I spent over $225 on repairs on a computer that we purchased less than 3 months ago.

The cheapest parts possible driven to insane prices and they never installed them correctly. When they broke they did not take responsibility. Literally told me 100c was normal for a cpu to run hot and then IT BENT BECAUSE THEY INSTALLED THE RAD INCORRECTLY. Asked ME to pay for shipping and acted like they were just gonna RMA something they personally screwed up this bad. Amazon will not back you up. CUK will not back you up. Almost any other option is better. A friend will give you a better warranty and wouldn’t sell you these parts. Every time I see a cheap as heck zotac GPU or the most generic rad possible all I can think is how bad this company rips people off so much I had to come write this review

the first day I opened my computer and looked at the gpu and its was a intel arc a380 wich is much worse then the amd radeon rx 5500. overall bad place to buy a computer.

From WEEK TWO I have COMPLAINED about this laptop you built has been full of BUGS ERRORS and CRASHING since I RECEIVING your custom-built Lenovo Legion 5 Pro Gaming Laptop.

Your last reply 5 days ago said "I have received your unit here in our facility. I will enter it into our repair queue and update you once diagnostics have begun" and I've been patiently waiting But I desperately need my laptop for business!!

My sole reason for buying this BRAND NEW, expensive $2,000+ laptop WAS AVOIDING THIS exact problem computer King has given me:

Avoid this company if trust and integrity is a core value you look for. After 3 years of being toyed with over a defective laptop that was then lost they promised a FULL refund and the NO depreciation would be included and chose to go against their word and sent a petty 600 dollars due to "depreciation". Steer clear of this untrustworthy and scummy company.

Got a VERY expensive desktop for around $4k just recently. Didn't come with a DVD drive or built-in Wifi, just slapped a cheap USB "AC Wifi" dongle in the box. Both the SSD and the D: drives were generic cheap drives ( the SSD turns out you can get for $90 ) that were SIGNIFICANTLY SLOWER that my 3 yr old laptop! The Thunderbolt 3 port didn't work, which was critical if the internal drives were going to be slow. Good "specs" and fantastical marketing, but a completely poor system! Better off sticking with my laptop (which was cheaper), building my own PC, or just going with someone else!

They purposely leave out that they use CHEAP motherboard and ram on their prebuilt systems and then threaten to charge you a 15% restocking fee, do not use this company

It has been 3 days and since they are closed saturdays and sundays it will be 5 days that nothing has been done to even speak with these people, let alone have a conversation with them about my issues. When you call their support number it forwards you to their voice mail only for them not to call you back, fine, I sent an email using their website, same thing. This gives a bad impression that they don’t care for their customers, I am super annoyed since I just got a new product from them 3 weeks ago. I am so mad, disrespectful people

Well I do believe that computer upgrade king deserves more attention and they do deserve to be bigger than what they are. I recently got my PC from them (that cost me a bunch but definitely worth it!) And I'm very happy with the build overall. Parts are high quality and many people told me that it's best if I just buy parts and deal with it myself or go to partpicker.com but it's too much work for an average person especially when I don't have time on my hands to build a PC. So I bought mine from Amazon after a recommendation from a friend and I want to say that I'm very very happy overall with what I received is beyond expectation. I will be buying from them again after a new CPU lineup launches from Intel and I highly recommend CUK for all those people who want the best computers on the market.

I just got my G74SX-XT1 from these guys, which included a CPU and RAM upgrade, and shipping all the way to Singapore. The hardware is fantastic, I'm really pleased with it. Just done my routine wipe, format, partition and MemTest and everything seems to be in perfect order.

Absolutely stellar service from the guys handling the email, very prompt and polite and always keeping me up to date. 5-star service. Even after shipping and duty the total order was still several hundred dollars cheaper than local deals, and that even includes IT fairs.

It may be a while before I need to get a new laptop, but when I do I'll be checking these out first. Thanks again!

Great laptop, if I ever need another I'll defintely look them up again.
