The site is extremely well organized
The site is extremely well organized. Ordering (not my first here) is clear and concise, but totally informative. I have tried other brands, but for me, Jobst are the clear winners. The sale made prices even better than Amazon, and with my order, since it was over the necessary amount to qualify, shipping was free. A transaction exactly as one would want!

No “Easy Return” Policy
Despite following the “easy return” policy, you will have to fight to only receive “store credit” minus the “restocking fee.” The restocking fee is in addition to paying to ship the product for return. Emails to customer service are “never received.” I shipped my product for return, and was never contacted by the company nor were my email inquiries returned, until I reached out to the BBB. I followed the return policy as noted on the website, but was never given one- I was only given store credit, minus the restocking fee. Sketchy return policy.

WORST company ever
WORST company ever. They claim to have a fast and easy return policy but it is anything but that. They will run you around, ask for pictures and pictures, and then at the end give you an excuse for not taking the return. STAY AWAY
