complete spraying solutions Anmeldelser

Disappointing experience. I asked a simple question about colour matching before committing to the work. After later confirming I was happy to proceed, the company refused the job and responded in an unnecessarily defensive manner. A more professional and customer-focused approach would have been appreciated.

From the first phone call to completion this company was outstanding! The work force were on time and completed a fantastic lob! Outstanding company

I wanted my front door spraying last year so Liam visited my house with the colour charts. Communication was great so the job was completed. However, within a couple of weeks, the paint was flaking off the door so I asked if they could come back to repair it, which they did. However, the paint is flaking off the door again so I emailed them just asking what paint they used so I could buy some and touch it up myself but they haven't come back to me.

I’ve paid for a full re spray of my house - I did delay the works by 3 months but 18months later Mr Thorpe has never been in touch - he just took my money - no reciept , I’ve asked for invoices that he paid for paint but he can’t find any - he owes me at least 3K for work not carried out - I have had to have someone else do the work for me - and they did a fantastic job and recruited some of CSS men that left - I’m going to take Liam and spraying solutions o court for my return of £3K

Excuses he made was that he had no staff 🤷‍♀️ he just ignores me when trying to get in touch. He just ripped me off and he knows it.

We used Complete Spraying Solutions to coat the frame of our new barn

The quite stated 2 coats , only one was ever applied , the paint was applied when the metal had moisture on it and has subsequently failed , the team didn’t have enough paint to complete the job and started excessively to thin the paint at two thirds finished , there are parts that are completely missed although they were paid extra to return

We gave them three chance to return and have received such a disrespectful email from Liam trying to cover this with excuses however when you’ve witnessed his staff doing there job incorrectly it’s hard to accept, it’s a very poor quality job ,

Very dissatisfied with a company we had faith in

What brilliant company from start to finish.
I originally thought you could not spray over white high gloss bathroom units So I gave Complete Spraying Solutions a call. Liam assured me that they could. So I sent a couple of pictures to him, he came back with a price, which was accepted.A colour was picked,A date was made and John arrived. He started immediately and didn’t stop all day. By 4-30pm he had finished. Both me and my wife saw it together and it is fantastic We’ll above our expectations
A beautiful transformation. It actually looks like a new bathroom. So thank you to you all at Complete Spraying Solutions.

Absolutely delighted with my new Kitchen done by Jay and team. From spray Solutions north-west We chose a lovely blue and I asked if they could spray the handles gold as well . Also I have to thank Terri for her wonderful customer service. She always got back to me promptly with any queries.
Wishing you every success Jay. From Lilian @ Colin at Skelmersdale ⭐️😄

We have just had our 21 year old kitchen cupboard doors resprayed by Liam and the guys from Complete Spraying Solutions! They were great! Our kitchen looks like new! It took 3 men ( and I'm sorry I can't remember your names) from 7.30am on Bank holiday Monday in August to 3.30pm the same day and the job was complete and they were gone! I did have to empty the cupboards and clean the doors before they arrived and the most difficult part was choosing a new colour for the doors! I would recommend to anyone. So pleased!

Absolutely brilliant experience with this company from start to finish! Reached out for a quote and Liam immediately responded and answered the millions of questions I had! Price was great and got booked in really quickly. The lads turned up when expected and were amazingly quick and tidy. They were patient with my questions, really polite and friendly and left no mess at all. The spraying itself is fab - I can’t believe what a great job it is. It’s transformed my yellowing gloss cupboards back to brilliant white! It’s like a brand new kitchen! Absolutely made up. It’s a really professional company who seem to really care about their customers. I chose them as they had great reviews and I’m pleased to say I had the same great experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We decided to get our kitchen re sprayed and this company was recommended. I got in touch with them and had a very prompt response. Liam was very helpful in explaining the process and helping us decide on a colour.
The work was carried out in one day, the team arrived on time and did a great job. There was very little mess and the kitchen looks fabulous! Would highly recommend.

Spray solutions did a first class job at my house spraying the rear bay windows, conservatory and garage door and facias nothing was too much trouble for these lads.
There polite friendly and good at what they do you can't go wrong if you need something spraying and I would recommend this company every time many thanks Dave Johnson

Absolutely superb service from the entire team at Complete Spraying Solutions .
We could not be happier and the results are absolutely stunning !
Would highly recommend !

Can’t thank Liam and his team enough. Harry & co were excellent, friendly, professional and explained the whole process. My kitchen looks amazing, looked tired and dated and now it’s like brand new. Can’t thank you guys enough and would highly recommend without a shadow of a doubt.

From the enquiry and Liam making himself available on a bank holiday for us to visit the showroom, the knowledge and information provided to help us with our choice, to John and the team coming to do the job. They arrived on time, were so professional, they made sure that everything was covered and did the job in no time. It’s an amazing transformation and would recommend them to anyone.

Wow! Just Wow! Absolutely amazing!
Paul & 2 young lads (wish I had asked their names) have done a fantastic job on my very very dated kitchen!
I was sceptical about having a respray but Complete Spraying Solutions have done everything & more to transform my kitchen! It actually looks brand new!
For anyone not in a position to have a new kitchen fitted a respray is the way to go!
I will 100% recommend to everyone! 5 stars from me! 😀

We had our kitchen and front door sprayed and we are delighted with the results! The communication was excellent the whole way through the process, the guys who did the job were very friendly and the quality of their work is stunning. Would highly recommend.

Liam from the company contacted me within 24 hrs of my online enquiry. He was able to quote me on videos and photos.

The lads turned up as promised (earlier actually). Were polite and courteous. They walked me round the job at the end to ensure I was happy and even sprayed a small gas cupboard that I'd forgotten. From start to finish 2 week turnaround which, I know can be a red flag, but in this case, was literally a green one :)

Like other people I came across CSS by accident and if I’m honest was slightly sceptical because their pricing was so competitive, however after speaking to Liam I was reassured and was booked in within a fortnight!
Before arrival you get very simple but very clear instructions on how best to prepare and these really are worth following. The colour choice is huge, you’re only limited by your imagination!
The team drove over four hours to get to me, were here on the coldest, wettest day but were the most pleasant and polite bunch I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they masked everything, and explained every stage of the process to check I was happy, I was, they were golden.
The actual finish is incredible. Literally perfect and today 24 hours after it began, I’m moving back into my old kitchen with a new lease of life. I had my utility room cupboards done as well so now everything connects.
I could not recommend these guys more. Thank you all very much!

Came across Complete Spraying by accident on Facebook whilst looking for new wardrobe ideas. Read the reviews and decided to get my wardrobes sprayed instead. I can't recommend them enough. They fitted me in within a week and were efficient and tidy. The job they have done is amazing. Thank you Liam

We had our front door and windows sprayed. Our house has been transformed. We'd recommend getting it done. It would have cost more than double to get the new front door we wanted
