Dave Bunker has recently fitted me out with both irons and woods. He was incredibly helpful at finding me the best possible combination of clubs for my needs. His expertise with the launch monitor combined with his experience and knowledge has ensured that my new clubs will go straighter and longer. That of course will largely depend on my performance but I have every confidence they will do exactly that! I would highly recommend the club fitting service at The Complete Golfer. Their reputation goes before them and their service and customer care is exceptional.

I had a fitting with Dave Bunker for a new set of irons in November 2024. I was impressed then....Dave made the whole experience informative, data driven and fun! He is extremely knowledgeable and tailors the fitting to you and your requirements. Yesterday I returned for a driver fitting....why? Because I trust Dave. I see the data, he explains the data, he tailors the fitting. You try various clubs. He 'tweaks' the settings to suit your game. Consequently, I know why I am buying that specific club from Dave and Complete Golfer...it is the best club for my game. Thank you Dave.

I went for my fitting for a driver and as per Dave’s expertise shone through he managed to to gain me ridiculous yardage and precision his calm nature and has a way of explaining things he then phoned Scott at Northwood golf store who then put me into my spec of driver that was released that day and will arrive the day after can’t recommend these chaps more highly total package give them a go

First of all the fitting centre is in a great location and the studio is great. All the heads and shafts that I wanted to try were in there, my fitter was very knowledgable and there's no bias towards any brands nor is there any pressure to purchase anything.

Unbelievably poor customer service. My Garmin arrived without a charging cable . Promised it would be delivered next day and didn’t . Phoned back twice and they said another one being sent DPD courier - that was 3 days ago and still not arrived. They have not responded to last 2 emails - will never use again.

I recently ordered a significant amount of equipment from Complete Golfer, including a new set of Callaway irons and woods.

Since I practice a few times a week, I was incredibly eager to get these into the bag. We initially had a highly stressful situation where the delivery service marked the high-value parcel as delivered to an unsecured communal lobby, and I couldn't locate it anywhere.

Austin from their customer service team was absolutely phenomenal. He took complete ownership of the problem, kept me updated, and incredibly, offered to dispatch a full replacement set so I wouldn't be left waiting.

In a funny twist of fate, the original parcel had actually been safely intercepted by my husband and hidden away as part of an upcoming birthday surprise mix-up!

You really find out how good a company's service is by how they handle things when they appear to go wrong.

Complete Golfer is a fantastic family-run business that genuinely cares about its customers, and their pricing is highly competitive too. I will absolutely be buying from them again.
