For homeowners, we design and install modern, energy efficient air conditioning systems that provide cooling in summer and heating in winter. These systems improve comfort throughout the home while remaining quiet, efficient and discreet. We also install air source heat pumps, providing an environmentally friendly heating solution for new builds and existing properties. For commercial clients, we install and maintain larger scale air conditioning systems including VRF, multi split and ducted systems. Our team works with offices, retail spaces, gyms, hospitality venues and other commercial premises where reliable climate control is essential for staff and customers. Alongside installations, we provide professional servicing, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and heat pump systems to keep equipment running efficiently and reliably. From the very start Chris was supportive and informative, he was able to explain all our options to us and work with us to get the best solution. The work was completed to a very high standard and whilst Chris was pricey than the other quote, we had more trust in what he could provide and we weren’t disappointed, highly recommend Chris and his team.
Chris, Zak and Will cannot be rated highly enough. Over the last few years Complete Climate has helped us keep our family home temperature managed by installing and maintaining various air-con and cost/climate effective heat-source solutions. Expert knowledge, prompt service and incredible value. First world problems sure, but these guys really are the best.
I stumbled across this firm a few years ago having tried several dubious companies. I have used the ever since to service my air source heat pump and install air conditioning. They are prompt, clean and tidy. They don't smoke ( to my knowledge) they don't spend hours on their phone (and charge you for the time). They are honest about what needs doing and charge a fair price.
I have recommended them to others who continue to use them.
It is difficult to find a company you can trust but I am happy to trust this company.
Having found multiple problems with my Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP in my new-build house in Devon which the developer had refused to address, I sought help from Complete Climate, based on a recommendation on an Ecodan group on social media. I was very impressed with the prompt, friendly and professional way I was dealt with, from checking what issues I had found, through to their resolution. Chris identified other design and installation issues, along with performing an annual service. As a result, I now have a report which will help me in further discussions with my house developer.
Not only that, I have complete confidence that I have gone to the right people and will not hesitate to use Complete Climate again for the annual service.
After being let down by a Which Recommended national heating firm who failed to turn up on three separate occasions, we decided to get our money back and look for someone a bit more local. We were very impressed with the dedication to doing a quality job by Chris and Zak. Clearly air conditioning experts as opposed to plumbers who also do air conditioning. We’ll be asking them for quote for our loft conversion soon.
Chris and his team installed air conditioning in three rooms in our house. They were all very friendly, charged the price quoted and took pride in their work, with some very neat piping on the outside of the house. They spent time with us to ensure we understood how to use the system and I would highly recommend to anyone looking at installing air conditioning in their home.
