Terrible customer service and the 3rd party parking company were rude and unhelpful. I broke down on the way up and tried to call but the line kept going dead, so I tired the online chat system. I was told there would be no refund for the missed days despite this being out of my control and wanting to keep the rest of the booking and when I said this was a situation out of my control they told me to email, so I did the same evening. No response until mid morning and was just told the same thing. I then rang and they said all this should have been done through the 3rd party parking company but when I rang them they said they'd cancelled and I would need to rebook again but that this is the websites responsibility. Called compare again and they said the booking isn't cancelled and they haven't cancelled it. I hadn't cancelled it but rather than calling me the 3rd party auto cancelled. I had to ring every two hours to try and speak to the manager and when he finally called me back he was eating food and very curt/rude. Wanted to charge me £30 extra to change the booking even thought the original booking covered the 5 days and I now only needed 3 of them. When I finally agreed to pay the line broke up and went dead. I tried to call back on the number I did have and as usual the woman said he'd call back and never did. Utterly useless. They also asked me to write a review and it appears that unless you click 5 stars the review will not be sent, so they are also skewing the feedback they're getting online.

Absolute joke!
Made a mistake on my booking and requested a refund (£75) It's been A MONTH and no refund yet. I've sent emails, online chats, phone calls and they always say "it will be refunded between 1 and 5 days". I was told this five different times. Still no refund. When I call, they transfer me to someone and the call drops...
DO NOT USE!

I’ve used Lion Parking (Heathrow Valet Parking several times, each time I have found them to be reliable, polite and reasonable for price.

Dropping off and collection at Heathrow was simple and easy with this company.

They charge an additional £12 for drop-off fees which was not mentioned within the booking process on their website.
When I returned and called them to pick up the car - they initially picked up and said they would call me when they had located my car and dispatched a driver to collect me. Proceeded to ignore me for over an hour (in fact they didn't pick up at all until I took 2 buses to get to them for some answers).
They then informed me they had lost my car and my car keys.
I then had to go through all the keys to help them find it, whereby I have evidence of all customer details vehicle details, dates of them being away, access to their keys.
They store all of this is an unlocked grey van on site whilst they drop off cars.
The company refused to call the AA or pay for a taxi home/ other means of transport.

Excellent service from drop off to pick up, staff very friendly and helpful, waiting for us on return from holiday, and car ready for us drive home.
Will definitely use this parking facility again. Thank you

I used first time in airport parking. It was good.

The service I used is very good, close to air port, easy to departure, after travelling, pick up fairly quick. Recommend.

Easy to follow instructions, great communication and satisfying service.

The instructions were sent out and simple to follow. The company were good when 2 days before travelling the travel company changed terminals and the booking was changed easily and free of charge. The drivers arrived promptly on departure and arrival even though we got back late as flight was delayed

I was very satisfied with the good service.

Initial email communication and instructions were decent. On arrival, we were called and met the driver, who handed us a printout with details of the booking, and took photos of the car before taking the car.
On return, we called the company 30 minutes prior; they took over an hour to arrive. Upon inspection, the car was found to be dirty inside and out. The rear bumper tow bar cover was missing, and there were scratches on both bumpers. Additionally, the computer settings had been changed, including those for the seat, steering, heating and radio stations. Seriously, why do that?!
On top of that, on both arrival and return, we had to pay £7.50 each way (for literally a couple of minutes). This was not mentioned and could easily have been done at the drop-off points.
No communication or compensation when trying to recover explanation, repair and replacement.
Use at your own risk; better to pay extra and have peace of mind and your car back in the same condition you left it in.

Looked at trust pilot reviews for these companies recommended on this site and was shocked how bad some were this time . Asked for refund as cancelation cover taken out. Responded same day but took two more emails and 10 days for a refund.

Absolute shambles. What a dump! Worried the whole holiday what we would come back to. Cars literally dumped everywhere. On top of that they charge you an extra £12 for drop off/ pick up.
Would not recommend!

Excellent communication, member off staff waiting for us at drop of point. Hand over seamless. On return car back with us in 5 mins. Dropped off at T4 and picked up at T3 with no issues !! Definitely use again.

This site does use third party Companies that are just awful!! I would have rather paid the extra money elsewhere and had my car looked after better!! as well as a better customer service experience!!
