Company Shop Anmeldelser

Was told items were free only to be charged for out of date items, then when questioned the lady on the till got really snappy saying well I haven’t been told. Then the bloke on the customer service desk got really funny and when it took too long I said “forget it I don’t have time” and then really confrontationally stated you what, what did you say” I then told him I said forget it because it isn’t worth going through the refund but it was him personally who told me it was free! awful service and I shall be cutting my card up.

Really good store, stock and items depend on what the store has so it can be frustrating to go for certain items/products and for them to not be in stock. Overall there is usually a good selection of items in the store which are presented well and there is always a bargain to be had. Staff in the Long Eaton store are very friendly and helpful. Excellent prices and great value for money.

First time was greatly impressed lots of things at a brilliant price

Excellent staff extremely pleasant and very helpful

We have found the Company Shop is ideal way of budgeting when you are on a pension. The staff are very helpful and friendly and a constantly changing selection of groceries help when planning your weeks meals.

Always a good variety. Allows me to eat well with great savings. Shop well set out with items easy to find.

Lots of choice. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The most valuable commodity in the Company Shop is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
The products are good and although prices have risen steeply, they are well below those in normal shops

Very easy to join, staff really friendly and helpful.
Plenty of food items to choose from including a reasonable selection of vegetarian ones too.
Lots oof excellent savings to be made!!

Formerly there were some bargains to be had, but routinely now the store is just short-dated supermarket items at 95% of the original price. My local store now prioritises higher prices and then disposal of items rather than attempting to sell at an attractive price - there are now much more like the traditional supermarket offering than what they set out to be.

My sister recommended the Company Store as a great place to get bargain food. Although I had to travel a long way to my main store it was worth the day trip out. I will visit some of the other stores in the future as I was very happy with the items I purchased. It is just a pity it is so far from my home.

This shop is really good and can pick up some great bargins, and staff really friendly. Glad I have a store near me in St Helens. Sometimes can be a bit busy and you come across occasional selfish shopper but you get that everywhere to be honest these days. A positive experience overall.
