Company Bureau has been working with our company for a number of years, and I personally joined the process in May 2026 to assist with the Voluntary Strike Off of our Irish entity. John Monaghan and Sujina Piya were extremely professional, responsive and helpful throughout - from filing the Corporation Tax return and handling the bookkeeping, to de-registering the company for taxes and applying for the Letter of No Objection from Revenue. They guided us through every step clearly and efficiently, which made what could have been a very complex process much more manageable.
