Our website explains that company formations can be ready in as little as 3 working hours, subject to the completion of all required legal and identity checks and Companies House processing times. As we can't identify your account from this review, we're unable to confirm what caused the delay in your case.
We'd like the opportunity to look into this properly, including your refund request which typically arrives back to you within around 5 days from the request depending on your bank.
Please contact our support team with your order details so we can review your case and provide an update as quickly as possible.

Excelent customer service and i wasn't the first time.
When i called the response time was under 30 seconds. The information provided was correct and precise. The responses via email where also fast and I solved the isse in less than 8 hours.
The process to get the personal code from companies house could be more automated and directly on your website but I'm sure that the are already working on it.
If you need a developer for that you can use my companies services.
