I had an issue that was quite important…
I had an issue that was quite important to me. It was not straightforward. Once I had explained the situation to a member of staff at Commsave, they ensured that my request had a satisfactory outcome. They could have handed it on to another member of staff, but they took control and kept me informed from start to finish. The outcome was myself being very satisfied!

I’ve always had a great experience with…
I’ve always had a great experience with Comsave. Whenever I’ve needed them, I’ve been helped straight away with no hassle, and the staff are always professional and understanding.
Life happens, and having this option for emergency support has genuinely made a difference. The repayments are manageable, and if I ever need extra help with them, the team is supportive and never makes me feel pressured or pushed into anything.
I’ve never felt judged or coerced — just helped. Highly recommend.

They ruin lives
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience.
A CIFAS marker was recorded against me containing information that I dispute and which appears to be inaccurate, including an address where I have never lived, employment details that do not relate to me, and bank information that I do not recognise. Despite providing evidence and raising serious concerns regarding the accuracy of this data, I have struggled to obtain clear answers.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication. Multiple emails from both myself and my solicitor have gone unanswered for weeks, and requests for a telephone call have been ignored.
Medway Council has confirmed that I have never resided at the address recorded, yet I have still not received a satisfactory explanation as to how this information became associated with my name or what evidence was relied upon.
I was also informed that the matter had been reported to the National Crime Agency. However, after contacting the NCA directly, I received confirmation that they hold no information relating to me, which has only added to my concerns and confusion.
I appreciate the importance of fraud prevention, but where an individual disputes information and provides evidence of inaccuracies, there should be transparency, communication, and a proper investigation. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
The Financial Ombudsman Service also agreed that I did not make the application in question. Despite this, Commsave has refused to remove the CIFAS marker and continues to ignore correspondence from both me and my solicitor.
I remain awaiting a substantive response and resolution.
