Item never arrived - tracking system Shipping Hub likely a scam - after leaving US to UK to local delivery hub were I live was a residential postcode when I looked it up - item never arrived - think these companies keep changing names as see swimsuit on different sites

I ordered the romper swimsuit x2 and understood it may take time to arrive, however this did take a month to arrive. 2 weeks from my holiday and I excitedly opened my package to find the "shorts" that were advertised we in fact bikini pants. I have tried repeatedly to ask for a refund, but keep being told either "they have a good reputation and value, maybe I could give them to a friend" or "the cost of postage to send back would be too expensive, so better to keep them" with an offer of £3 compensation!
Absolutely ridiculous. Will be contacting my bank.

I waited six weeks for two romper swimsuits that looked amazing in the ad on social media. In the flesh they are cheap and nasty and one isn’t even the colour of one I ordered! When I contacted them regarding how long my item would be (I had ordered them for two holidays that have since come and gone) they were quite airy fairy. I’m going to attempt either a chargeback through the credit card company or a refund from them as these are not as described! Took far too long to arrive too, if I wanted tat I can order it myself directly from other sites. Not happy to have been conned out of money for an inferior and rubbish product!

Item (a swimsuit) was not as described, said it was an all in one romper with built in top and bottom for support. Received 3 piece seperate items, all poor quality.
Contacted them to request a refund and they said it would take to long to process so they wouldn't do it.
I left a review on their website and it was deleted.

Same story as everyone else, item showing manchester, no movement. Customer services for them won't refund me saying its on its way... its been 2 months since ordering.

Ordered 6 weeks ago tracking says arrived in Manchester that was 12 days ago not holding my breath for delivery

Waited over a month for item. The shipping update says it’s been in Manchester for 12 days. Not expecting it to arrive, I’m glad I didn’t spend much.

I've been waiting over a month for my item to arrive. There was no indication of shipping times when I purchased and I'm starting to think that the company doesn't really exist and it's possibly a scam. The website is suspiciously basic and their link to parcel tracking doesn't even work.
