So easy!
So easy! I'm the laziest tourist and when I'm away, I like others to organise me. I booked a tour to Auschwitz with them, paid online, was emailed confirmation, was messaged on whatsapp (by Olek) the day before to confirm pick up, and he organised lunch for us. Could not have been easier - highly recommend.

Great trip to the mines
we had a trip with Comfort tours Cracow to the saltmines. It was 37 degrees, and we thought we had to go all the way to Cracow citycentre to get on the tour, but they picked us up at the hotel. Our guide Damian was very knodgelable and gave us a lot of info. He waited for us at the parkinglot all those hours we were in the mine. It was our last full day, but had we had more days, we would surely have used Confort tours Premium more times.

AVOID THIS TOUR OPERATOR AT ALL COSTS!!!!!Booked a trip to auschwitz and birkenau in February for June 1st 2026, received a whatsapp at 15:42 the day before the tour saying there are no tickets available, now bearing in mind that this sort of trip is what you base your trip to Krakow on. We was offered a misleading alternative that would give us at least a view of some of the camps. All we received was a visit to the perimeter fence. This fell way short of what was promised.

Ticket availability for Auschwitz-Birkenau is managed directly by the Museum, and on rare occasions cancellations or allocation changes happen on their end with very short notice — this is unfortunately outside our control, but we recognize that doesn't make it any less frustrating for you. We should have communicated the alternative option more clearly and set realistic expectations about what it would actually include, and we're sorry we fell short there.
We'd like to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email/phone] so we can discuss a refund, partial refund, or a future visit arrangement, whichever you'd prefer.

Auschwitz, do not book with them!
Do not book with them, clear scam!
We booked 4 tickets all inclusive for auschwitz (100€ per ticket, more then double price). They informed us the evening before about a time shift of 2hours, no response to calls. The ticket was then for the polish tour instead german as we booked.
It’s really sad that they enrich themsleves on a trip to such a place.

"We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it is when a trip to a place like Auschwitz-Birkenau doesn't go as planned or promised.
We take the language mix-up seriously — being placed on a Polish-language tour instead of the German one you booked is not what we intend for our guests, and we're sorry this happened, especially with a late notice of the time change and difficulty reaching us by phone that evening. That's a real service failure on our part and we want to understand exactly what went wrong internally.
Regarding pricing, our all-inclusive packages cover transport, a licensed guide, and museum entry, which is why they differ from the base museum ticket price — but we're happy to review your specific booking with you to make sure everything was applied correctly and fairly.
We'd genuinely like to resolve this. Please contact us directly at info@comforttours.pl with your booking reference so we can look into what happened with the language assignment and discuss appropriate compensation.

Our Auschwitz tour was cancelled by the…
Our Auschwitz tour was cancelled by the provider the day before the visit due to their inability to secure the booking.
They offered an alternative that was completely different from the original experience (and did not include Auschwitz I or Birkenau), which we legitimately refused.
The provider explicitly offered a full refund and confirmed it in writing.
However, despite this confirmation, the refund has not been processed and communication stopped afterwards.
The cancellation was not our fault, the service was not provided, and the refund is still pending.
Very poor handling of a clear situation.
