Just sad! Horrible experience and not friendly management.

Comfort Inn is one of the best experience I've had in motels their rooms are super clean and their staff are the most friendly they ask you if they can do anything for you daily. I've been here 2 weeks and they were always plesent this is a place I recommend to others and I will return here again.in the near future.

Abysmal service. Stayed a few times there and other hotels. They canceled my Saturday reservation in the busy summer without notice. Said they tried to call. My cell was on me and call log shows no attempt to phone. Left me without a room at 8pm sat night
DO NOT GO to this place. I emailed manager who never responded. I phoned their corporate office who never responded.

This hotel is by far the dirtiest ever.mice all over. Bed bugs. I stayed one night and got so bit up. The staff is rude. They double charge
The Halls smell like marijuana constantly and the staff looks like they are all drug addicts or alcoholics and they all hang around in congregate at the front desk doing nothing but smoking cigarettes or Vapes and drinking alcoholic beverages in front of guest

Wooster, Ohio Comfort Inn is the only hotel we ever stay at in Wooster.
It is newer, spotless, has a pool and the morning free breakfast keeps us coming back all the time when we visit our friends and family there.
Ty( the kitchen manager) is always there providing a clean, organized and hot breakfast for everyone . It is very valuable to have her and food included there for families, business associates and everyone who stays there.

Never change !!!

We booked a trip through Expedia at Comfort Inn in Bluffton Indiana. We had a death in the family so we had to cancel. Comfort Inn wouldn't allow the cancellation and the manager on duty was extremely hateful and belittling. With all the way we were dealing with with a death we had to go through all of this.

We just arrived at the Comfort inn in Hebron KY Petersburg Rd. Already we feel it's great, I'm so sure we are going to have a great night, we stay here often we love this place don't change anything. Thanks a million.

Comfort Inn Matteson - Chicago 5210 Southwick Drive, Matteson, IL, 60443 is probably the WORST hotel that I have stayed in a very long time and maybe the far WORST of the Choice Hotels brand. I arrive 07 Feb. 2021 Sun to find the door locked (extremely cold that night) when an employee finally took there time to open the door. The parking lot was full and the employee said that if NO parking then you can't check in (with an attitude). Find out the next day (prior to check out) my credit card was doubled charged (over charged for an additional $60) as well. The hotel is EXTREMELY dated (needs remodeling) and this hotel has the nerve to hold $100 for incidentals (for this bulls**t). I will NEVER stay at this location again and I would advise AGAINST anyone who values their money and service to do the same...friendly advice
