Praying on the old and vulnerable
Turned up at my nans house trying to sell her a bed she doesn’t need.
Praying on the elderly, my nan doesn’t use technology so turn up at the door and chat there way in.
Then post a leaflet for her to complete, the bed was advised £8000 trying to scam the old people

I would be grateful if you could contact our customer service team on 0151 559 1140 so that we can investigate your concerns. As a general point we only visit customers by appointment and so would never just turn up at a customers home.

Brilliant
Unbelievably the whole process from meeting the consultant to having the bed installed was TWENTY TWO hours! I imagine that is quite unusual, however.
Following just the demonstration yesterday I am still in much less pain and slept for 9 hours, double the normal amount. I was sceptical about the mattress having a whole body massage function but it was that which convinced me it would be a very sensible purchase.
Yes, on the face of it my bed was quite expensive, but worth every penny given its benefits. If I could, I would buy one for all my family members.
All the staff were lovely, polite, knowledgeable and quite rightly passionate about their products
Would give them 10 stars if I could

One star is being kind to this company…
One star is being kind to this company who just want a sale. ‘GED’ visited my 68 year old learning disabled brother whilst he was alone, spent in excess of four hours with him in his bedroom where my brother was told to replicate his sleeping movements and subsequently massaged with an electric device. He was left traumatised by this, but fortunately did not buy a bed. When I called to complain, a manager was dis-interested but gave me an address to complain to. Needless to say I have heard nothing having put my complaint in words. Please don’t buy a bed from a company that takes advantage of vulnerable people.

Due to the nature of the products we sell we regularly come into contact with consumers who have characteristics or drivers of vulnerability. Our team are trained how to detect and to protect those customers that either do not have capacity and or who are so vulnerable that we ought not to trade with them. On the other hand we are unable to discriminate against any person due to any protected characteristic, what matters is the care and the systems we have in place to protect those consumers.
