Tom arrived on time and worked through what he needed to do with care and attention. I had prepared everything beforehand as Tom had dropped off the paperwork yesterday. Luckily we only live 1 mile apart. Tom was courteous and wore a face mask throughout.

The gentleman that came was punctual and polite. He took pictures of the mould and damp, inside and outside of the building, and a long crack in the wall in one of the bedrooms. He operated quickly, and left in a relatively short period of time.

So easy to arrange a buy to let mortgage using the mortgage shop....completed within a week.

Was realy friendly guy did his job realy well

Paul rang to say that he might be held up but he still managed to get to us on time. He was covid safe with a mask. We were a bit confused which paperwork we were to sign as we had two different things to sign for but he rang for advice and sorted it all out quite promptly. It couldn't have been any easier.

I’m not happy with Steve carter and he made me uncomfortable h took photo of the back and front of my house
He didn’t even have a torch on him for taking photos of plaster coming away from areas that can’t be seen
I had to provide a torch.
He didn’t seem to have much knowledge as a surveyor.
H ask me for my signature a few time for paper that he said this solicitor company needed.
It been on my mind and ver since.
Why is he taking photo of my front and back gardens.
Why did he seem to have know interest this is all very puzzling and I’m really not comfortable with this situation.

Did Steve carter send the rest of the photos in and also return the paper I signed.
