Ordered an expensive amp which unfortunately arrived damaged. Coda arranged a courier collection and refunded as soon as they had it back. The real mark of a good business isn’t when everything goes right. It’s what they do when it doesn’t. Coda music were perfect. Efficient and easy to deal with. No reservations buying from them in the future.

Coda music were brilliant. I contacted them to ask if I could get the action lowered. A guy called Doug got back to me and said it is all in the service. They even put the strings on that I like. Unbelievable service. I highly recommende coda music to everyone.

I ordered a second hand Gretsch G5127 project guitar which required some restoration work.The guitar arrived on time in a nice Gretsch case and I had it all sorted out by tea time.What a fantastic guitar it is and it plays & sounds superb. Thankyou Coda music.

I have bought two guitars from Coda Music online in the last month. One ex display and one used. Both were mint & arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. The box was battered to hell on the second one but I suspect that was down to DHL Express. Would definitely buy from Coda Music in the future (if the wife will let me have any more guitars).

Excellent product (used Xotic wha wha pedal) with a fair price and super fast delivery. Very minor issue that it was missing some rubber feet which they sent out the next day. Super responsive and friendly. So nice to deal with a smaller organisation who care.
