Coapt Anmeldelser

I have been a landlord with coapt for over 10 years and they have consistently managed my properties with care and attention and tenants are happy. I would recommend them to anyone

Chris Skilton is simply amazing 🤩

Chloe F was really friendly and helpful. As a guarantor, I wasn’t too sure what I was signing up to but she explained the process and made everything super easy!

The customer service and attention to detail from Toby was outstanding. We are very grateful.

Coapt is very responsive at all instances

I have been a private landlord for around 30 years. Usually I manage the properties myself, but having moved away from Brighton I decided to let my BTL via Coapt. Within a matter of a couple of days they had advertised the property and organised a viewing day, resulting in 2 offers. The team processed the application / references / guarantors etc and moved the tenants in all within 3 weeks. A first class service from a very professional, highly skilled, attentive and competent team. Well done to everyone for a great performance.

Harriet and Chloe’s are amazing. Always very helpful with us as a contractor. Always smiling and willing to go the extra mile

Great experience! Patrick helped tremendously in finding a lovely house for my housemates and I who unfortunately left the 3rd year house search too late. All properties I saw had great value for money- would recommend!

Maddie was an excellent photographer and made sure we knew what was going on throughout the entire process. As tenants it can be awkward having someone take pictures of your living space but we felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands!

I recently changed agents due to poor performance and lack of transparency, Coapt were a breath of fresh air.
Toby and his team have renewed my faith in letting agents and I’m looking forward to my next chapter of being a landlord.
Highly recommend them

Spoke to Chloe today and she was absolutely fabulous! Answered every question I had and helped me with my viewings. Thanks Chloe F!!

Patrick gave me a lovely viewing. He was approachable kind and informative.

I was shown a wide array of properties catered to my price range and location, with comprehensive and knowledgeable viewings from the lovely Florence with Coapt.

Got shown round a beautiful flat by Patrick. Superstar. Very informative and knowledgeable. We need more people like Patrick in the industry.

Patrick was very friendly, professional and informative. Exactly what you want when viewing a property

Harriet was so friendly, answered all my questions and really really helpful :)

Dealt with a lady called Harriet, she was so helpful and kind throughout everything, very good communication and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you for everything!!

I spoke to Chloe, over the phone today and she was amazing. Really helped me with all of my housing inquiries. She was very polite and patient with all my questions. Definitely would recommend her. X

Harriet was brilliant at supporting my move into my first uni home. She was helpful and considerate of my concerns and answered all my questions without judgment.

It’s been a struggle looking at the market, but Maddie was super helpful in directing me to finding a property I was happy with. Would highly recommend.
