I had a very complicated sale of a flat in London. We used Veriy from Cluttons Hyde Park and she was fantastic , there were many obstacles to the sale and Verity led me through the whole processes there were many moving parts to this sale and to add to the complication I am living in Ireland ,but Verity kept me informed and advised on how to go about getting over different problems, documents being signed just one, this was a very long winded process dealing with the Council, Solicitors and different laws in U.K. to Ireland
So yes go to Cluttons Hide park and ask for Verity every time

Additionally, we ran into several issues surrounding referencing; Calum was a great support during this, offering us constant communication and talking to us on the phone to help explain things to us. With his help, we were able to overcome the issues and sign the tenancy agreement for our dream flat (where I am now writing this from!).

The property was also in pristine condition when we arrived to move in and it's clear hard work had been put in/organised in order to get the flat ready for us.

I have to say, this is my first and so far only positive experience with a letting agent in London; we have both had some terrible experiences with other agencies this year, and so I'm incredibly grateful Calum and the team at Cluttons have provided such a positive experience for my partner and I's first property together! I'll be recommending Cluttons to everyone now.

As a property management company Cluttons are deplorable: constantly changing inexperienced staff, high priced and inaccurate billing on service charges, very slow or non-responsive on maintenance and building management matters. Try and avoid it at all costs.
