My suncream was dispatched immediately. I believe I had it within 2 or 3 days. Packaging was very secure. The website is very nice with great pricing. I highly recommend it.

Your order was shipped from our warehouse on the 22nd May, from the tracking with Canada Post it shows that your package was delivered to the community mailbox/parcel locker on the 4th June at 10:59 am.
Your package should be there for you, if there are any issues we are more than happy to investigate this further with our delivery provider.

Ordered Bioderma night peel and got it on time but the reason for 2 stars is that the product I recieved is expiring in just 4 months, and there should be 1 month break after using for 1 month. Should allow to use up to 1 year.
Please check expiry date before sending any order.
