I really have enjoyed the superior comfort that these socks offer. They were easy to order, and delivered on time. So far my favorite socks ever!

Best socks I’ve ever owned and great customer service.

It did take a long time to get delivery. I did not realize they were coming from China, but the quality and performance of them has been every bit as good or better than my more expensive other alpaca socks. They are holding up much better than expected for the high alpaca content in comparison with others and their higher nylon for durability. Only negative is due to shipping.

Overall superior socks! Purchased this product in December. They are high quality and have a high percentage of alpaca wool. They are very comfortable. My feet don’t sweat or have odors with these socks. I wear them daily. The quality remains great after washing. Compared to other popular alpaca brands, they feel like a superior sock. Love this brand and would definitely purchase again!

Recently ordered from clohill company I honestly would say do not recommend I would give them no star but then I can’t leave a review. This company is based off of China. They say US base but obviously not. This was their response after I was not satisfied with their socks and try to return their socks.

Based on our experience, return shipping from the U.S. to China is usually around $50 USD, though the exact cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

These socks are awesome. So much better than Merrino wool.

This is a Chinese company selling fake Alpaca socks. The socks I received are a cheap synthetic blend. I have other Alpaca socks. These are not real. The company says this falls under "personal choice" and are telling me I have to ship the product to Beijing if I want my money back. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

I have cold feet, they help warm my feet.

Arrived later than estimated so I had to order an alternate from another faster source. Unable to return within return window due to lack of response via email. Email was the only return method I could find on the site. Unopened package, but it's obvious the product is a good quality product. 2 stars for terrible service.

I love my long and medium length socks. I only hand wash them so far which they tolerate well. I bought a set of short ones for summer hiking so they wouldn't be so hot.

My niece has yet to receive the package of socks I ordered. I do not know where the company is located, it has been 6 days.

Waited 2 weeks to receive my socks from China. When I open the pack and put the socks on there was a large hole in the heal of the sock. I immediately took pictures of the socks and the packaging and emailed customer support. There response was horrible and they accused me of damaging the socks. They said in their view I was 50% responsible and refused to refund my purchase even though their refund policy clearly states that if the product is received defective they will replace or refund at their expense. I will never purchase from this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Ordered 8 pairs of socks in mid-December. Took a while to get them around Christmas, but had good communication - very responsive. Socks are very comfortable. One pair came in with a small hole, so I contacted Clohill (The others were fine) Clohill immediately sent a replacement pair (and an extra pair for the trouble). First time ordering, but they had great customer service and comfy socks.

This was my fourth time to order from Clohill as I feel they make the best alpaca socks compared to other 4 companies I've tried out. Fit is always perfect. I now have my 90 y/o mom wearing alpaca as feet stay warm in winter, cool in summer. I ordered my son and grandson the regular alpaca socks and the heavier socks. They love the regular socks, they haven't tried out the heavier ones as I just mailed them out.

I purchased the crew and boot socks since I'll be wearing these during hunting season. The crew socks are thinner and good for long hikes without getting too hot, once I'm ready to sit for a while I put the thicker boot socks on over the crew so to keep my feet warm. The boot socks are extremely soft, thick and so comfy. I ended up buying some for my wife to wear around the house, she loves them. Yes, they ship from China, but it usually only takes 10 days to receive them. They are superior quality socks, and I recommend them to anyone who likes warm feet. As a bonus, my feet do not ever stink when wearing these socks, I will be purchasing more in the near future.

It was all an online experience and I had no issues but whatsoever.
I ordered the four pack of socks for my husband for Christmas. He has not had a chance to wear them because I accidentally put them in my sock drawer because they’re so comfortable and warm.!
