My husband and I have used Clockwork Removal on more than one occasion and are very happy with the service they provide. From the initial phone call to the removal day they are helpful, professional and courteous. They are also a local firm which is important to us as well and we are happy to recommend them.

The removal men did well to get my larger sofa into my home, which was relatively tight. However they did not cover any of the sofas during removal and there is some wear and tear because of this both to the sofa and house walls. After the removal finished I could see the blue sofa covers in the back of their van so not sure why they didnt use them

Many thanks for getting in touch, we really appreciate all feedback as it helps us maintain our high level of service.
All our crews carry sofa covers and are trained to use them to protect client furniture on every move. We apologise that this was not the case on your move but the crew have advised this was due to limited space. The sofa covers work well but are bulky so on moves where the space is tight they remove them to allow as much room as possible for moving the furniture around.
Fantastic job
Guys turned up on time, did fantastic job packing and went the extra mile at the destination to get furniture etc delivered to the right rooms!

Friendly and efficient service
The Clockwork team were friendly and efficient with a can-do attitude. Packed and moved us from a third floor to a second floor flat, no lifts, dozens of stairs - and stayed cheerful to the end. Everything arrived safely.
