Matthew conducted a pre-purchase survey for me. It was easy to get in touch with him, there was not a great delay, and the report was detailed. He has offered to deal with any queries I might have, but this has not been necessary. Excellent service - highly recommend him.

We used CVS to complete the internals on a couple of new homes that arrived on the park. Matt was professional, polite and precise in his work. The final report was well presented and provided all the necessary information. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Matt carried out a survey for us a couple of weeks ago on a Mobile Home we are purchasing. We cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic service provided. Matt is exceptionally professional and clearly knows his stuff. His knowledge is unprecedented and during the whole process, he kept us informed of legalities and general information we needed to know. Whenever we called him, he was only too happy to advise us and importantly, put our minds at rest. I first asked Matthew at Clear View to survey a lodge in Pembrokeshire but a week before it was due the sellers pulled out of the sale. What do I do now? I put in an offer on a lodge in Lancashire and it was accepted. I then spoke to Matthew and he kindly agreed to survey that one for me. Matthew was very helpful at every step. The report he has produced is incredibly comprehensive and informative. His communication is spot on which is very important to me. I would not hesitate in recommending Clear View to anyone buying a park home.

Survey carried out Feb 2023 a very detailed survey told me what will need doing in a few years time, given me time to save for ut. Matthew was very helpful at putting my mind at rest as nit had a Park Home before and didn't know what to expect. He called me after the survey and went through a few things ,also said I could email him in the future if I wanted any advice. Absolutely cannot highly recommend Matthew at clearview enough! I was in a very messy legal situation with no park home experience at all, after speaking with Matthew I instantly felt the hopefulest I'd felt in months. He'd done thorough survey at an excellent price, recommended a good legal guy as that lacks immensely in the park home industry as well as some options that was best tailored to my needs and put me in touch with a fantastic estate agency, nothing was to much trouble. I just can't thank Matthew enough for all he's done, only wish there were more honest guys like Matthew.

Matthew at short notice came and did a thorough inspection of a park home. He was very professional from start to finish . Fully explaining every time what and why he was doing certain things and how certain equipment worked and why he was using that equipment.
